Escape to a peaceful 30-acre working farm just minutes from Fayetteville. Meet horses, donkeys, emus, peacocks, pigs, dogs, and more while enjoying the quiet countryside. Relax by our crystal-clear 1-acre pond for swimming or fishing, explore the property, or simply unwind. We specialize in hosting long-term traveling professionals.

Pets are welcome with a daily fee. We must be notified prior to your arrival, applies to all pets. Failure to provide advance notice will result in a $250 fee.

The space
Your private apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including two bedrooms, a private bathroom, a living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a kitchenette for preparing light meals. Need a full kitchen? Guests are welcome to use the gourmet kitchen located in the main house.

Outside your door, you'll find wide-open spaces, beautiful pastures, a one-acre pond for swimming and fishing, walking areas, and a variety of friendly farm animals including horses, donkeys, llamas, miniature pigs, miniature cows, goats, chickens, peacocks, emus, and more.

Long-term guests are always welcome, and discounts are available for extended stays.

Guest access
Guests have private access to their apartment along with shared access to many outdoor areas throughout the property. Relax on the porches, stroll around the farm, enjoy the pond, visit the animals, or simply take in the peaceful country views.

Free parking is available on-site.

Other things to note
• Parkton Place is an active working farm, so you'll experience authentic country living with animals, farm equipment, and occasional farm noises.

• Traveling with horses? Overnight stalls and pasture rentals are available for an additional fee.

• The property is also home to Hope-Thru-Horses, our equine-assisted services organization. While you may occasionally see scheduled activities on the property, guest accommodations remain private and peaceful.

• We ask all guests to respect the animals by not entering pastures or feeding them without permission.

• Pets are welcome with a daily pet fee. Guests traveling with pets, including service dogs, must notify us prior to arrival. Failure to provide advance notice will result in a $250 fee. Males must be neutered.
