Welcome to The Alice Miles Suite! Located at historic Athenæum Row. The Suite is inspired by grand European and Victorian design, exactly what you think of when picturing the historic district of Providence. The Suite offers views of Benefit st and the whole of downtown through large windows. Located on Brown and RISD's campus, Athenæum Row offers a private zenful courtyard space behind the property. The suite offers rare luxurious marbles, heated bathroom floors, and 12 foot tall ceilings.

The space
The building is a town house with four flats. One flat on each floor. One grand staircase runs through the townhouse with private doors to each flat per floor. Since Athenæum row is on a hill. The front door puts you at floor one while the back entry where you park offers private entry right into one of the bedrooms! The Alice Miles suite has 5 total rooms occupying the entire floor. It is fully equipped with the highest end appliances, most luxurious finishes, designer furniture and is truly a visual extravaganza.

Guests have access to the entire flat of course as well as the common space which is the terraces and outdoor courtyard

Hey everyone! My name is Waleed, and I was born and raised in Boston. I attended Northeastern University where I studied business. Before graduating in 2021, I started my real estate company in Providence. I’ve always been an admirer of historic architecture and unique designs. As a world traveler, I always find myself drawn to cities with rich architectural history, walking up and down the streets while capturing memories with my film camera. That is what inspired me to start PVDBNBs in the historic district of Providence RI. The neighbourhood abounds with gorgeous architecture dating back to the mid 1700s. My goal with PVDBNBs is to give you all the most unique home base to explore the aesthetically pleasing district. At my suites, you’ll find timeless and sophisticated designs that were created by repurposing historic elements, then complimenting them with artistic modern flare.
