We had a great time in SF and part of the success was thanks to Ramona place. The apartment is exactly how presented (or even better). Moreover the neighborhood is very pleasant, offers good restaurants and the view from the park of SF downtown is astonishing. If we will come back to SF we will for sure come here again!

We had a fantastic time at Ramona and Arran's place, staying four nights during a long trip down the west coast. It was exactly as described, clean and modern. Bernal Heights is not in the touristy area, which made it extra special. The neighbourhood has a lovely village feeling with great shops, a library and a community centre. Getting downtown was easy by walking to Mission street and taking one of the city's fantastic buses. I would definitely stay there again.
Ramona and Arran's apartment in Bernal Heights/San Francisco was a great place to stay. The location was very convenient for access to sightseeing destinations as well as the airport. The photos and description on AirBnB accurately reflect the lovely apartment, which was very comfortable for our family of 4. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The girls slept on a foam mattress on the floor; the topper and cozy bedding made for a comfy couple of nights. The old-fashioned bath tub is a fun feature and the shower was very refreshing. We also enjoyed the artwork, which was all created by Arran. There is a nice courtyard as well. Communication was timely and informative. The self-check in and out were very convenient. We had the pleasure of meeting Arran, who gave us a quick tour on arrival, and the written info as well as the AirBnB info provided sufficient information about the apartment and the area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to those seeking lodging in the San Francisco area.
First of all Ramona and Arran were very kind hosts and available for any query.
The appartment was very cosy and 100% functional. Near from everything just walking to shops, bars, restaurants, grocery.
By public transport about half hour to reach goog places in SF and no more than a 15-minute drive to just about anywhere in SF.
The parking in the street wasn't a problem. So in fact it was really a great experience in SF.
We recommend highly Ramona's house.
The apartment was just perfect for our two days in SF. Bernal Heights is a wonderful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and the great views from Bernal Heights Hill. The apartment looks just as pictured, perhaps even a bit more spacious than I expected. As a family of four (two adults and two children), it was the perfect size. We also enjoyed the small garden and being able to cook our own breakfast. Definitely would recommend staying here!
