About this listing
This apartment is one of the more spacious rooms I have to offer. At 900+ square feet, the apartment contains high, cathedral ceilings, coupled with brand new hardwood floors and appliances. New Laundry Washer & Dryer in unit. The space offers two bedrooms with the perk of an extra study area w/ a pull out sofa bed, and a private roof deck. The kitchen has exquisite matching hardwood cabinets, gas stove, and there are also laundry appliances equipped with anything you would ever need during your stay. The upstairs loft area is very cozy, with windows that have a bird’s eye view of the surrounding area. The space also includes kitchenware, a new coffee maker, and a 36" flatscreen TV powered by Comcast with movie channels included. 1 off street parking space, Free Wi-fi internet connection is also included, and free to use at your disposal. I grew up in this area, and if you need any assistance during your stay, I would be glad to help out.
You are not so far away from the city of Boston ! follow these simple instructions to get to some of the history that surrounds America’s oldest college town!!!!
- First, catch the 110 bus right outside the door to Wellington Station
-Once you have arrived, take the inbound train to haymarket station where you will find another train line called the green line...this is the train that runs through the most popular parts of Boston.
-If you don’t know where to start, get off at the Hynes Convention Center stop, and you will be at Newbury street, which is one of the prime shopping centers/tourist attractions, and is only a 5 minute walk away from Fenway park.
-If you wish to visit some of the more historical locations that Boston has to offer, you can just get off at haymarket station and you will find yourself in the North End, Boston’s italian culture center/one of the oldest neighborhoods in Boston.
-If you are visiting the prestigious MIT, or Harvard, or need to access that area, then simply take the Wellington inbound train to the downtown crossing station, where you will be able to board the Red line. MIT and Harvard each have their own dedicated train stop so there is no confusion.
-The Boston Garden is also very easy to access, and is home to the world famous Boston Celtics Basketball team, and The Boston Bruins Ice Hockey Team. You can take the Green line right to the arena, at the North Station stop.
-The North End, as I mentioned earlier, is the Italian culture center of Boston and is home to some of the finest restaurants and cafe’s in Boston. For fine upscale dining, I personally recommend Bricco on Hanover St., and Trattoria Il Panino on Parmenter St., in which you can get off at North Station on the Green line and be within the vicinity.
