About the area:
Marylebone is an affluent area of London, defined by the
historic area of Marylebone Village and encompassing
neighbouring Regent's Park and Baker Street. It also
incorporates the area immediately north of Marylebone
Road, with Marylebone Station, the original site of the
Marylebone Cricket Club at Dorset Square, and the
neighbourhood known as Lisson Grove to the border with
St John's Wood.
Marylebone takes its name from a church dedicated to
St Mary, the original of which was built on the bank of a small
stream or "bourne", called the Tybourne. The church and the
surrounding area became known as St Mary at the Bourne
which, over time, shortened to its present form of

With Oxford Street as its southern border, Marylebone is
of course a world-famous shopping destination which
includes the renowned Selfridges, and the smaller streets are
home to an abundance of boutiques and specialist shops,
offering everything from haute couture to Stradivarius violins.
Many of London's best-loved attractions are situated in
Marylebone, from rubbing shoulders with the stars at
Madame Tussauds and unravelling classic mysteries at the
Sherlock Holmes Museum to recreating The Beatles' most
famous album cover on a very recognisable pedestrian
crossing at Abbey Road. For a break from city life, head to
Lord's Cricket Ground to take in some world class sport, or
head to Regent's Park, home to the iconic London Zoo.

Let's start with the host : very friendly, always finding answers to our questions, not to say he had anticipated a few ones:-). He provides a very complete guide not only of the flat but also of the neighborhood (restaurants...).
The location: 3 minutes' walk from Marylebone Station!
The flat itself : very cosy, you immediately feel like you were at home... 2 real bedrooms, a very nice living room and a complete kitchen. Very calm at all times, especially at night (bedrooms are on the courtyard).
To summarize : we highly recommend staying with Ramzan!
This is a great place! Our family of four (parents and children aged 10 and 8) stayed for a week. We were delighted with the apartment. The location cannot be better: close to trains, underground and bus routes, and well positioned for walking also. The apartment has plenty of space for a family. It is quiet, warm, comfortable and well equipped - and if you do need anything there is a supermarket right across the road. Ramzan was a helpful and responsive host, who kindly accommodated our tricky arrival time and made sure we were comfortable. We highly recommend his apartment.
We had a great stay here! The location is excellent - walking distance from so many things or easy public transit (train, tube, or bus) access. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few things and the apartment overall was very comfortable. Good wifi, comfortable beds, not super kid friendly - but manageable, up 2 flights of stairs, handy London guide books.
The location is excellent, close to many point. The flat is clean, confortable, the kitchen is had everything. We had good experience staying 5 nights at Ramzan's place. He is very easy going person and the communication was very fast.
Our stay at Ramzan's place has been flawless. As I was accompanied by my elderly parents, I wanted to make sure to have a perfect and convenient experience for them. Worked out nicely. The flat itself is neat, clean, very conveniently located. There's a supermarket just on the other side of the road, a gorgeous fish restaurant around the corner and Marleybone Road station also very close. The place itself is also quiet with the bedrooms facing the courtyard in the back of the house. I'd for sure come visit again.
Merci pour l’accueil. Tout était parfait.
L'appartement est confortable et très bien situé.
A deux pas de Baker Street et de Regent Park.

We had good experience staying at Ramzan's place. It is centrally located and easy access to public transport. It is very clean and has lots of towel supplies. Mr Ramzan himself responded to our query very fast and also very accomodative, even though he was abroad that time. We arrived early from Malaysia and manage to check in earlier. This is very much appreciated.
We are very satisfied with 4 nights past in the apartment. Ramzan was particularly attentive to our comfort. The apartment is close to the subway with a fast access on foot, in a quiet district and close to the center. Rooms giving onto a court(yard) are very for the peace. The apartment is ordered well, the bedding is good, and the complete equipments for a stay of one week as at home. For a next stay in London I deeply recommend this address.
Maryline and this family
Ramzan, thanks for your hospitality and your additional services regarding to my key loss :)
Flat is great! Perfectly organized, clean, warm and located in calm neighborhood. Exactly as on the pictures. Everything you need is on the place. Big black coach from pictures is very comfortable to seat and watch TV or discuss the weather eating fish and chips from one of the best fish'n'chips serving places in London which is located just next street crossing from the flat.
Apartment is close to touristic area of London. Just few minutes walk from Regent's Park or Baker Street where is The Beatles store and Sherlock Holmes Museum. Close to tube station (7 minutes walk to Baker Street Station, 5 minutes of slow walk to Marylebone or Edgware Road station) and bus stop but this is not necessary as we were taking walks everywhere. Marylebone High Street is so lovely place to walk.
Ramzan is very nice and helpful guy. Takes care of everything you need, and contact with him is just perfect almost all day and all night via WhatsApp. Highly recommended place by me and my family:)
