About the area:
Marylebone is an affluent area of London, defined by the historic area of Marylebone Village and encompassing neighbouring Regent's Park and Baker Street. It also incorporates the area immediately north of Marylebone Road, with Marylebone Station, the original site of the
Marylebone Cricket Club at Dorset Square, and the neighbourhood known as Lisson Grove to the border with St John's Wood.
Marylebone takes its name from a church dedicated to St Mary, the original of which was built on the bank of a small stream or "bourne", called the Tybourne. The church and the surrounding area became known as St Mary at the Bournewhich, over time, shortened to its present form of Marylebone.
An incredibly fashionable area of London since the seventeenth century, Marylebone boasts an impressive back catalogue of famous residents. The list includes the (fictional) Sherlock Holmes, Charles Dickens, H.G Wells, Jimi Hendrix,
Noel Gallagher, Madonna and Sienna Miller to name but a few.
With Oxford Street as its southern border, Marylebone is of course a world-famous shopping destination which includes the renowned Selfridges, and the smaller streets are
home to an abundance of boutiques and specialist shops, offering everything from haute couture to Stradivarius violins.
Many of London's best-loved attractions are situated in Marylebone, from rubbing shoulders with the stars at Madame Tussauds and unravelling classic mysteries at the
Sherlock Holmes Museum to recreating The Beatles' most famous album cover on a very recognisable pedestrian crossing at Abbey Road. For a break from city life, head to Lord's Cricket Ground to take in some world class sport, or
head to Regent's Park, home to the iconic London Zoo.
Hyde Park is also very close by, beyond which is the beautiful Royal Albert Hall, host to the annual BBC Proms and much more.
Located within walking distance to Lords Cricket Ground,Madame Tussauds, Oxford Street, London Zoo, access to 5 underground lines + 13 Bus lines to Euston, St Pancras,Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus, West End Shopping,Theatres & Museums.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment for the duration of the booking.
Marylebone is a very central and safe neighbourhood and extremely well connected to public transport.

Ramzan was fantastic, very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We were left a great set of recommendations for restaurants and nearby super markets (tesco across the road) Central London location and great size flat, you couldn't ask for more, thankyou!
This flat was pretty much exactly as seen in the photos. It's compact, but good size for anything in central London. The two beds in the second room provided decent space for the teens. Good sized closets in both rooms. Loads of plugs outlets. A two minute walk from Marylebone Station was perfect for access to all the main attractions. And the apps Ramzan suggested made travel easy. (Oyster Card for the underground is the way to go.) All the appliances worked. We loved having drying racks available so we could do laundry after 12 days on the road. Ramzan was an excellent host. His communications were professional and informative. Even though our flight was late, check-in wasn't a problem. He checked in on the first morning to make sure we had everything we needed. Only thing we had to provide was shampoo/shower gel (which we always travel with anyway.) Cleaning supplies were there. And with the warm London summer, we made use of the fans - a very thoughtful addition. The Tesco Express across the road and the Marks & Spencer food hall in the station provided food for breakfast and a couple of evening meals - giving us a break from the expensive London restaurants! Would highly recommend this flat. Only one bathroom, so with four of us, there were the occasional lineups, but we were spoiled by two the rest of the trip, and this wasn't unexpected!
Awesome location with a really well equipped flat.
You won't be disappointed!
Only snag was that it was on the second floor and there is no lift.
We had to carry the pram, suitcases upstairs every day...but a small price to pay for such a good all round package.
The flat's location was perfect for our needs while we were in London. Ramzan was very understanding with our arrival needs and we always felt that we could call on him if required.
The flat is very well appointed and comfortable.
I would happily recommend the place to friends and would stay there again when we go back to London.
Ramzan was a very accomodating and attentionate host. Despite our late arrival (thank you BA and UK customs) he waited for us late Saturday night.
Flat was exactly as described, very comfortable for our party of three (two adults and one child). Walking distance from everything downtown. No noise as long as you keep windows closed, in the morning especially.
Everything is provided, all clean and neat. I warmly recommend the location for any group of four and less.
It was a nice small apartment, Good neighborhood, very close to Metro station. Apartment is smaller then it looks in pictures but good enough for small family, beds were very comfortable.
