The flat covers ca.70 sq.mts. and has graceful details throughout - high ceilings (3,50 m.), plaster cornices, and parquet floors. It consists of a large living room with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths. It has double exposure: the principal room face North-East; the bedrooms face North-West on a private alley. It is bright and quiet, and offers the advantage of cross-ventilation in the warmer months. It has been recently renovated to a high standard including entirely new electrical system, bath, A/C, appliances and radiators.

To start, flat is exactly as on the pictures, but more cosy an has a home feel to it. Located in a quite area of Rome, however buses/tube probably takes around 20 minutes to reach central.
Katia, Jimmys sister, met us and explained the rules and showed how to get to the city, closest supermarket and good cafes. She did not speak English, but that did not cause any difficulties, we understood each other just fine.
Kitchen is well equipped, and has most of the things you might need.
Beedrooms are clean, new linen were provided as well.
Definately worth its money and hope you all enjoy the flat as we did.
I enjoyed staying at Jimmy"s place on new year holidays. The place is really cosy and has everything needed for stay. The area is very beautiful and green, everything is nearby - shop, bar, restaurant and underground station. Jimmy was very kind and helped with all the questions that occured.
Jimmy was a great host. The apartment was clean, cozy and modern. Jimmy was very flexible with our check out and responded very promptly to our inquiries. The apartment had two bathrooms and both were very tidy and convenient for our party of 4. The apartment had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. We were very happy with the apartment and would definitely recommend. The location is convenient as it is about a 10 minute walk from the metro but is not in the heart of the tourist areas.
Good location: big supermarket very close, there are many place for dinner around and subway in 7min. Place is good for trip with child, you can ask about crib. One thing, the building hasn't lift.
We felt very welcome and everything was well taken care off. We really felt like home and enjoyed Rome to its full extent. Enjoyed the neighbourhood. Easy access to the city, parking spaces for the car, italian food close by :) Thank you for this experience :)
Jimmy was a super accommodating host- after I realized I had accidentally booked by dates wrong by one day, I emailed him and he was able to host me for the dates I actually meant to book for :) The apartment is great for 3-4 people; nice kitchen, washing machine, 1 1/2 bathrooms. The downside is that the walls are pretty thin so I heard the neighbors every night and there is only one set of keys so it can get tricky to navigate key exchange if you and your friends go separate ways for a day. The neighborhood wasn't that great, but it was a quick 10 minute walk to the metro station. Jimmy emailed me perfect directions from the train station and his sister Katia made check-in really easy. Thanks for a great couple of days in Rome!!!
