Nestled in a small cottage hamlet of a close knit suburb of Rochester, New York––this property is gorgeous! Quaint, open and most importantly centrally located to all of the best that Rochester & it's neighboring towns have to offer. It has a fenced in yard, a wrap around porch with two different areas to relax or grab a bite to enjoy at a local spot! There is private beach access, a tennis court on the street & a playground. Drive to awesome restaurants, museums, shopping & more!

The space
First & foremost, this home is strictly used as a vacation rental––I think thats important to note, as we created this peaceful escape just for guests to enjoy! You’re a two minute walk to the lake and private beach access.

This quiet and relaxing space offers a full complete open layout, with a first floor full bathroom en-suite ( 2 doors to close) , bedroom as well as a kitchen, dining space & living room. Upstairs is a cape style loft bedroom with 2 queen beds! Extra linens and blankets are available, as well as some snacks and beverages.

Both the front and side porch offer sitting and eating spaces, as well as a TV to enjoy for those beautiful Summer nights--even a grill. to cook for yourself if you wil

There are books, magazines, as well board games available and of course wifi!

Complimentary welcome baskets are also given and vary in size and items depending on length of stay & number of guests.

For the convenience of parents, we have provided a highchair and pack n play upon request, as well.

As always, please be aware and cautious of surroundings on deck and stairs with children, as well as with adults.

One dog is permitted; with a fee—up to 40 lbs.

Bathroom is almost an en suite. Although, you may enter the bathroom, without going into the bedroom. There is a door to close the bedroom, as well as a bathroom door.

** important details to note**
Lawn care is done weekly—Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays (weather pending).

The porches and decks are also blown off during to get rid of any tree debris, leaves. Etc.

Housekeeping arrives 15 minutes after checkout time.

We do not provide wash cloths for health and sanitary reasons.

We are not responsible for cars parked in front of home. 2 car Limit

All of the outdoor furniture is power washed—but nature happens so if you happen to find bird poop or leaves and such falling from the trees— we can send some over to clean that, just let us know. However, a broom is available outdoors for the tree debris. We wish we could control that, but we can’t. Nature calls👌🏽😊
