The quaint carriage house makes your local experience comfortable and simple. Decorated in an eclectic manner. charm of the Carriage House from years past is evident, as you climb the stairs to the carriage house above. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. The bathroom claw-foot tub with the shower brings the memories of year's past into the present. Pack up your pooch, stop by Wyandotte in the heart of Downriver, where the neighborhood and the city live side-by-side.

Parking: Room for 2 cars directly in front of property on the street and there is room for one small vehicle in attached garage. The garage does not have room for a boat, trailer or truck.
Pets: 1 small dog allowed( under 25lbs)Freshwater Vacation Rentals currently charges $75/per pet for your entire stay. Yes, we do accept dogs, yet we do ask that you please clean up after them both inside and outside the cabin. Plus, if you allow them on the furniture, we do ask that you please bring your own linens/blankets for them to sleep on. Just let us know which bed you will be using with them, and we’ll make sure it is ready for your sheets when you arrive. Plus, if the pet hair starts to build, we do ask that you please run the vacuum. Generally, dogs love the water and places to explore. Pet food does tend to attract mice, so vigilance is needed.
