  • I loved my 4-month stay at Olivia's condo. The condo was a cozy, quiet place to relax. It has all of the amenities you need to feel at home. The bed was very comfortable. I have a standard sedan-sized car and parking was very easy. Parking was very easy, plus I knew my car was secure. The streetcar is a great option for getting from the condo to anywhere in west Portland. When the pedestrian/transit bridge opens up, it will be easy to take the streetcar across the river to east Portland as well. I would stay here again and highly recommend it over staying in a Portland hotel.

    -Olivia is very hospitable

-a bit toasty during the afternoon sun, but this is mitigated with air conditioning
-bed is very low to the ground, but is quite comfy
-needed a desk, but picked up $30 folding table from Wal-mart and all was right with the world.

Honestly, I believe this to be the best rental in PDX. You will find this to be a great rental when working or playing in Portland.

  • We went back to Olivia's place and might go back again next year. It's that good.

  • Olivia's condo was perfect! This was my first visit to Portland and the location of the condo was excellent. I was a few blocks to the street car which was easy to use and took me everywhere. The condo was also 2 blocks from a beautiful waterfront promenade where I could enjoy the beauty of Portland. There are a few restaurants in the neighbourhood which are convenient (and very good). The condo was bright and clean and the building secure with very friendly concierge and neighbours. I highly recommend Olivia's condo and hope to use it again.

  • Great condo in the heart of Portland. Olivia set things up so that it was an easy check in. My wife Nancy and I really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

  • Olivia's apartment was lovely, and the location was great. Not a huge selection of restuarants right near by, but super easy to jump on the streetcar and get anywhere you need to be. Especially handy to OHSU and other hospitals up the hill. The perfect nest for a Portland adventure

  • Our stay at Olivia's Waterfront Condo was very enjoyable. The condo is nice and spacious, and the building personnel are friendly. The condo is a short (< 5 min) walk to the Streetcar stop, and the journey to downtown takes about 10-15 mins. The South Waterfront area is quiet and peaceful, and yet the city is easily accessible. We found this to be a winning combination.

  • Absolutely lovely pad... super useful instructions from Olivia to get access, wifi etc. Brilliantly helpful parking too. All in all, a very pleasurable stay in Portland... that was far too brief! For a great cafe in the city, look up "Barista". If you're hungry, there are a few good places to get food fast on the same block as the apartment too.

  • My stay at Olivia's condo in the South Waterfront was wonderful. The building and condo is very modern with great amenities. Having excellent AC/heat, washer/dryer, kitchen made my stay so easy. The streetcar picks up right outside the building and gets you to downtown/MAX in about 15 minutes. It also brings you right to the farmer's market at PSU on Saturday mornings, which is not to be missed! Being able to run/bike along the rivers/bridges is really amazing. Oh, and the views from the 24th floor are spectacular!

Olivia was super-accomodating and even helped me check in earlier than normal as well as provided some great info about the local scene. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending other to stay at her place.
