  • Olivia has a great place! She was very helpful to coordinate with our flight being late and not getting in till 3 am. The place has a great kitchen, and all the amenities and is very comfortable. It is also very safe and quiet. Olivia also has great books, movies, games and materials to plan outings in Portland. I'd def stay here again. One thing to note is while it is on the streetcar, it does take 20-30 minutes to get into downtown each day so you need to plan for that, and the streetcar does not run late so you have to figure out how to get back (which is not too hard). Enjoy!

  • We loved our stay at Olivia's apartment. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and a really nice walk to downtown if you're up for a stroll. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

  • Olivia's condo was absolutely lovely! Bright, sunny, and modern. A full well-equipped kitchen. Adorably decorated, too!

It's located right across from a coffee shop, for those of us who can't drag themselves very far in the morning without a caffeine fix. It was a quick cab ride to downtown, although it is also right on the street car for those who are more comfortable braving a strange transit system.

Great experience, overall. I will definitely be back.

  • Olivia came and met us on short notice. Place was clean and had a variety of guides, maps and info on the city. I would recommend a stay anytime.

  • We really enjoyed the experience of staying at Olivia's condo, not much more to add than to confirm what's been written already. Everything was clean and tidy and in a lovely neighbourhood with restaurants cafes and small grocery shop literally on the doorstep. Olivia is a very chilled out soul, who made sure any questions we had were answered, happily handed the keys to her home over with a hop skip and jump! It was a great base to explore Portland from. We happily used the tram system, the stops are just a mere stones throw from the building to get to and from the city, I was very impressed with the public transportation system in Portland and bike friendly attitude. I especially enjoyed using Olivia's coffee bean grinder as I'd bought some Stumptown beans, drinking my coffee, reading the various travel books Olivia has, whilst sitting on the very comfortable sofa. We also found the view of the river and streets outside most interesting.
All in all, if you want a great place to stay, accessible and comfortable Olivia's waterfront condo is sure to meet your needs.
    Thanks again Olivia!

  • Olivia's beautiful contemporary apartment was a great place to stay in Portland. Spotless, attractively furnished, washer and dryer, use of free parking spot, bike racks out front, 1 short block from the streetcar. There are a couple of decent-looking restaurants and coffee shop by her building, though we didn't try them. Olivia's communications with us were efficient and clear. Nice view from the 24th floor, and fast wi-fi connection.
Two thumbs up! About 30 minutes on the street car to downtown and the Pearl District.

  • We loved staying at Olivia's place in Portland! It was super clean, beautifully decorated and plenty of space for my husband and I. Her building is very close to the street car so it's easy to get downtown and there are a few restaurants and a coffee shop close by. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Olivia, but she was very helpful and responsive through email prior to and during our stay, We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Portland!

  • What a nice loft! Really pretty place very close to downtown without the noise of the city. Easy walk to either the trolley or the bus stop if you don't want or have a car. There's even a coffee shop across the street.

We stayed for five days, and having a kitchen was great. She's got all the basic stuff you need. A nice gas stove and a big fridge too! She left us two local beers which was sweet.

    Wifi worked great!

  • I was very fortunate to have found this place. I was there for a month and needed a place that was convenient to OHSU, and comfortable. It was perfect. Olivia's place was very welcoming and fully equipped (even with its own washer/dryer, and I was not disappointed with the morning walk to tram commute (took maybe 10 minutes at most.) The bed is on the ground, but I had some of the best sleep ever on it. All in all, a great place to be.

Olivia's place does get very bright in the mornings, the curtains don't do a very good job of blocking out the light, so I suggest bringing an eye mask if you plan on sleeping in. There is a parking spot that I could use, but the garage is pretty narrow, my rental car got swiped by a passerby on its rear bumper one of my first weekends there, so just a word of caution.

  • Olivia's place was so cute and perfect for us on the first few nights of our trip! Good location close to the tramway. We made a great dinner and enjoyed her fabulous movie selection. Thanks, Olivia!
