[Sogbe] is a traditional Jeju private pension that opened on September 5, 2015.
It is located only 15 minutes from Jeju International Airport, so it is easily accessible. The pension is divided into **'inside'** and **'outside'** which are Jeju traditional house structures, providing complete independence.
Inside: It has a private family bath where the whole family can relieve fatigue together.
Outside: A jacuzzi and outdoor pool are available to relax in the open space.

The space
ㅁ Number of guests
- The basic occupancy is 4 people, the maximum occupancy is 5 people, and 30,000 KRW will be added when 1 person is added.
ㅁ Instructions for use and precautions
- Please refer to the attachment for how to open the number key and how to use the dehumidifier and heater.
- Absolutely no smoking indoors, in the bathroom, and outside.(If you smoke or smell, you will be forced to leave.In case of forced eviction, the accommodation fee will not be refunded. Please keep your manners for the next customer.)
- Cooking with strong smells (fish, meat / fried foods / cheonggukjang, etc.) is not possible.
- The use of candles, scented candles, and portable gas appliances that may cause fire is strictly prohibited.(If found during use, you will be forced to leave.In case of forced eviction, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.)
- Please use the facilities and supplies cleanly, and in case of damage or loss, you may be asked to reimburse at the purchase price.
- We strictly limit visits other than the reserved number of people for a pleasant and comfortable time and to prevent theft.(If there are more people than the reserved customers, they will be forced to leave and the accommodation fee will not be refunded)
- Going to Goseong after sunset can cause damage to nearby villagers.
- Please be sure to carry valuables (including cash) in the room, and all responsibility for loss is on the customer, and Sogbe is not responsible, so please be careful to store them.
-Please note that there is no way to recover valuables (rings, earrings, etc.) if they are lost in the family bath or sink drain.
- The family bath is large, so it is recommended to use it after receiving water in advance before use.
- Be careful not to contaminate bedding or wallpaper with indelible graffiti.
- The wall finishing material is a soil collected locally, and when it comes into contact with water, it looks like a stain, but it dries and disappears, and it is a unique property of the soil.
- Absolutely no pets allowed indoors.(Forced eviction will be taken if caught, no refund will be given for the accommodation fee in case of forced eviction)
- Be careful of safety accidents (slips, scratches, cuts, etc.) due to the use of facilities such as stairs and railings.
- We are not responsible for any personal or property accidents caused by your negligence.
- In the event of any inconvenience or accident with other guests, you are responsible for the compensation. Please be considerate of each other.
-Although it is under quarantine, it is located in a seaside town, so marine life (crabs, sea gulls, etc.), toads, and cats may appear.
-If you are sensitive to insects, please choose carefully when booking.
- When going out, turn off the power of the air conditioner and heater or set it to the out-of-home state.
-Construction is carried out while preserving the framework of Jeju traditional houses that are more than 200 years old, so there may be external winds on windy days.
-Please note that due to the nature of the circular preserved wooden frame and the wood, there may be damage to the fabric, such as fine bumps.
- Please put the items you used before leaving in their original place, wash the dishes you used, and dispose of the garbage in the designated place by separating the general garbage and recycling.
-If photos and videos for commercial purposes without consultation are identified, legal action may be taken for infringement of rights (property rights, etc.).
- The manager is only available from 11 am to 3 pm.
ㅁ Sogbe Service Policy
-Sogbe will faithfully implement measures such as maintenance and inspection to provide the promised service in advance.
-Refunds and discounts due to Sogbe's attributable (failure, breach of contract, etc.) are made in consultation with the customer.
-If a full refund is made due to Sogbe's fault (breakdown, breach of contract, etc.), the facility cannot be used.
-Refunds will not be made for issues that can be replaced or responded to.
-When the final reservation is made by deposit, it is deemed that you agree to all the contents of [Instructions for Use and Precautions].
-If you violate the above, you may be subject to measures such as eviction and compensation, and the fee will not be returned.
-For matters not mentioned in [Instructions for Use and Precautions], we will respond based on relevant laws and regulations.

- The swimming pool is an outside facility. (Not available for guests staying in the inner street)

※ Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided as part of a small practice for environmental protection.
