A perfect little getaway away from all the hustle and bustle of New York City. Can be reached easily with the PATH coming from the New Jersey Penn Station. Bob was there to welcome us when we first got there and both Bob and Francois helped us out if we had questions. We had a great stay!
Even though the transfer took longer than expected from the airport due to traffic, Francois who met us was very accommodating and understood. He explained everything clearly and happy to answer our questions. The tip on getting the metro card was invaluable
The locAtion of the apartment was fAntastic, close to great restaurNts & bars and the path stAtion. We were there for a week so got to know some locals so very friendly neighbourhood
Apartment is also great especially to have the outside area to relax
It was particularly humid the week we stayed and Francois & Bob kindly provided a fan to distribute the cool air from the air conditioning. Been from New Zealand we are used to humidity but not like it was there so the fan was really appreciated!
Would recommend staying here to anyone and it's so much better than staying in Manhattan so you can go home every night away from the hustle & bustle
We had a great time in this apartment. It was clean, cosy and near to Manhattan (with PATH train). Thank you Bob & François!
Very true to posting. Really charming apartment and neighborhood and incredibly convenient to Manhattan. Bob and François are excellent hosts; they are responsive to guest needs and provide great suggestions for local activities.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Bob and Francois' place. They were very accommodating even with us being exceptionally late (traffic/construction/a pretty bad accident). Their place was very clean and right next to the PATH. We had a power outage in the middle of the trip and they were easy to get a hold of to help resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to NYC
Buurt is zeer rustig.
