Marian and John are nice and helpful people. Marian invited us for tea and delicious pie on arrival and gave us great hints what to see around Kilfenora.
The mobile home was large enough for four of us. It was already cold October with some wild winds but gas fire in living room made the stay comfortable.
The stove in the kitchen does not work, but the kitchen is equipped with electrical grill and large microwave/convection oven which was fine for our cooking needs.
We had a great stay at Marians! The place was spacious for the 2 of us, kitchen had George Foreman grill and microwave/convection oven so you could make anything you want! We were welcomed with tea, apple cake and a lovely chat and saw both John and Marian every day in the yard, making sure we were happy and comfortable. They had great suggestions of what to do in the surrounding area. Recommended!
lovely people. lovely setting and ideal for us as travelling musicians to be so close to doolin where the sessions were flying and Galway where the busking was great!
Our stay at marian's place was great. The place is lovely and the cabin has almost everything we need throughout our stay. We were even being greeted by tea and delicious pies! Peaceful countryside with great host, highly recommended!
We (my young child and I) were made feel very welcome; given clear directions and it was clear that we could ask for anything we needed or wished to know at any stage. The mobile home was warm, comfortable, very quiet, and we really enjoyed our two nights there. It is a very handy location to visit lots of different places. We will definitely be back!
