Very charming mobile home in a nice place. Close to Doolin with a lot of pubs with irish music and dancing. Marian is very nice, she gave us an Apple pie at the beginning. She gave us a lot of advices to visit the area. This was a great place to stay to enjoy aran islands and the Burren.

Wonderful place very close to Doolin and Kilfenora. Marian greeted us warmly with homemade apple pie and gave us some good tips about good hiking locations in the Burren. All in all we had a wonderful time and would stay here again in the future!

First, we're so sorry this delay in writing Marian—we had a lovely stay, but got overtaken by events at home and are only just catching up with each other now. Marian and John were lovely hosts, and the three of us really enjoyed our stay at Fanta Glebe. We would definitely stay again. The farm setting was so peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views, and the mobile home was an ideal base from which to explore the Burren. The home was spotlessly clean and cosy, with a good selection of interesting books about the area. The weather was mild overall, and we were warm and cosy, as there were also heaters in each room, plus an electric blanket for the main bed, and hotwater bottles (lovely because two of us have cold feet!). The shower was also strong and hot. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. With three of us needing single rooms, one of us slept on the sofa-bed in the living space, and was equally warm and comfortable. The gas cooker was fine for cooking simple meals (e.g., scrambled eggs; boiling new potatoes; and warming the delicious apple tart Marian gave us on our arrival), and the microwave gave lots of options. We were always tired at the end of each day, from exploring the Burren and seeing so many lovely views and wild flowers and gardens, and we loved getting back to the cosiness and quiet of the caravan to enjoy a glass of wine with delicious farmhouse cheeses and bread and salads from the local supermarket in Ennistymon, (and see the calves and hares and swallows in the fields around us), and then drift off to our beds, looking forward to the next day. To sum up: We had a really smashing holiday, with the beauty of the Burren and having a lovely stay at Fanta Glebe. Thank you very much Marian and John!
