The Space

Our rooms in Anjuna are no more that 10m away from the water. The 200sqft rooms have twin beds, a small closet, hot water. a writing table, fan.
There are a couple of restaurants just 50m away.
You can expect to meet people from all over the world as it is one of Goa's most popular beaches. Having said that due to the walking access it filters the quality of crowd. Within a radius of 100m you can find.
The rates are for standard rooms, please ask for Sea facing room rate if you like.
We have more than one room so if it looks like we are full just choose any other date and message me with your correct dates and we can take it further
Paragliding instructors to learn from or just take a 10min tandem flight,
Fishing enthusiasts,
A beautiful hill to trek on, and the famous Hippie market on Wednesdays.
The Public transit is around a km away, but we can arrange a bike on hire or a taxi.
The location is to die for, I do not think there are any other rooms so well located.

  • Ernesto and Deepak were amazing hosts! They addressed all of our concerns, offered great advice on local restaurants and sites, and accommodated us for a much needed late check out on the final day. Ernesto was responsive, kind, and an all-around cool guy. Additionally, the location was just as described and offered a relaxing, up-close and personal experience at India's premier beach destination. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking to travel smartly. If I go back, I'd stay there again.

There are a few things I'd suggest/highlight for future residents: 1.) Bring extra toilet tissue and a personal towel (they provide some to you, but we found it better to have had our own) 2.) The rooms can get warm at night with no AC, so dress cool and expect minimal power outages that may disrupt fan usage 3.) Bring copies of your passport and visa pages, as it makes checking in faster and less of a hassle for foreigners. 4.) The walk up to the hotel from where the taxi drops you is on a dusty, sandy 150-200 yard path, so if you are rolling your suitcases it may get dirty and tough to drag, consider packing light or bring a carry bag. 5.) If you are in the sea facing rooms on the ground floor (which we had) expect little privacy as some people walk by the windows while going to other parts of the beach. With the windows and shades open you can see right inside. And finally 6.) Consider bringing house shoes/flip flops because sand easily tracks back inside on regular shoes and becomes irritating when you walk around.

Overall, I give this place two thumbs up.

  • This was my first trip to Goa and I had read and heard so much about what I should and shouldn't do when I went there! After days of research I chanced upon this little beach villa right on Anjuna Beach, bang next to Curly's! What a find it was, Ernesto was so helpful and friendly and even upgraded us to a sea view room :) Quite literally a few meters from the ocean, the rooms are clean with all the basic requirements. I wish I could have spent more time and look forward to going back again!

  • You can't get closer to the beach than this place in Anjuna. You also probably can't get closer to the deep house beats of Curlies next door. Luckily for us we were up for a party so it suited us.

One for young families I wouldn't have thought. Anarag and deepak we're great hosts.

  • Firstly, fantastic place to stay for the view! Take the sea view rooms for sure. The location is good too on the relatively quiet Anjuna beach and away from the madness but still accessibly by bikes to move around (which they get arranged for you).

I would say its a little pricey for the amenities but maybe thats because it was peak season. Would definitely visit again!

  • My stay at Ernesto's place couldn't have been better. The location is perfect - right on the beach and right next to Curlie's Shack which is the liveliest spot on Anjuna beach. I booked an ocean view room and was quite pleased with the view from my balcony. Despite the proximity to everything it was still a quiet and relaxing experience.

As an FYI, when the directions say next to Curlie's they mean right next door. If you're at Curlie's facing the water the property is the one immediately to your right.

The experience was everything I hoped for and I hope I can make it back soon!

  • One word .. "WOW"..!! its better than any place i have stayed at earlier in North Goa. Ernesto is probably the best host i have come across in a long time. This place is definitely going to feature in all my future holidays in Goa. Thanks for a lovely time. !!!

P.s. - Exactly like in the pictures.. closest place to the beach. amazing... !!

  • Ernesto's was a nice place and as advertised it is right on the beach. The room booked through airbnb was towards the side of the building but for a small price ($10) I was able to upgrade to a very spacious ocean view room which was absolutely worth it. There is just something beautiful to waking up in the morning to the sight and sound of ocean waves. This place is a few kilometers away for the main market area (baga beach) but since it is so very easy to rend two wheeler automobile, it is actually to stay in the comparatively quieter Anjuna beach with better view and ride up to Baga whenever you need to. I would definitely pick this place again the next time I am back in Goa.
