We initially built it for us to stay on the weekends as we love the beach, but with requests to share the space we have divided the space into rooms to accommodate guests. this listing is for the standard rooms- do check the other listings

The space

Our rooms in Anjuna are no more that 10m away from the water. The 200sqft rooms have twin beds, a small closet, hot water. a writing table, fan.
There are a couple of restaurants just 50m away.
You can expect to meet people from all over the world as it is one of Goa's most popular beaches. Having said that due to the walking access it filters the quality of crowd. Within a radius of 100m you can find.
The rates are of standard rooms you may check out our other listings for sea facing or hilltop sea facing rooms.
We have more than one room so if it looks like we are full just choose any other date and message me with your correct dates and we can take it further
Paragliding instructors to learn from or just take a 10min tandem flight,
Fishing enthusiasts,
A beautiful hill to trek on, and the famous Hippie market on Wednesdays.
The Public transit is around a km away, but we can arrange a bike on hire or a taxi.
The location is to die for, I do not think there are any other rooms so well located.

Guest access

We have very little property around the structure, but a nice open beach most guests chose to lounge on the beach or in the nearby shacks or deck-beds around the beach

Interaction with guests

I am not always on the property but have caretkers who are on the property 24x7 if you feel like calling me feel free.

This was a fantastic stay! the communication from Ernesto and his property manager Dharmesh wasnimpeccable! The room itself was fantastic - so close to the water n waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. Will def come back my next time in Goa!

This was a good place to stay, at a good price. Beach not the cleanest in this area, but staff were nice and there was a chill little restaurant steps from room.

Great spot if you've got a few friends with you and want a place to crash on the beach after a night of partying. Honestly, Anjuna Beach is not the place for you if you want quiet evening to fall asleep early. Curlys and a few other bars / clubs are next door so bass is very audible, but not a problem if you are adventurous and go to the bar instead of staying in your room =) check in process want the most smooth, so make sure you have an Indian cell phone.

Ernesto and Deepak were amazing hosts! They addressed all of our concerns, offered great advice on local restaurants and sites, and accommodated us for a much needed late check out on the final day. Ernesto was responsive, kind, and an all-around cool guy. Additionally, the location was just as described and offered a relaxing, up-close and personal experience at India's premier beach destination. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking to travel smartly. If I go back, I'd stay there again. There are a few things I'd suggest/highlight for future residents: 1.) Bring extra toilet tissue and a personal towel (they provide some to you, but we found it better to have had our own) 2.) The rooms can get warm at night with no AC, so dress cool and expect minimal power outages that may disrupt fan usage 3.) Bring copies of your passport and visa pages, as it makes checking in faster and less of a hassle for foreigners. 4.) The walk up to the hotel from where the taxi drops you is on a dusty, sandy 150-200 yard path, so if you are rolling your suitcases it may get dirty and tough to drag, consider packing light or bring a carry bag. 5.) If you are in the sea facing rooms on the ground floor (which we had) expect little privacy as some people walk by the windows while going to other parts of the beach. With the windows and shades open you can see right inside. And finally 6.) Consider bringing house shoes/flip flops because sand easily tracks back inside on regular shoes and becomes irritating when you walk around. Overall, I give this place two thumbs up.

My stay at Ernesto's place couldn't have been better. The location is perfect - right on the beach and right next to Curlie's Shack which is the liveliest spot on Anjuna beach. I booked an ocean view room and was quite pleased with the view from my balcony. Despite the proximity to everything it was still a quiet and relaxing experience. As an FYI, when the directions say next to Curlie's they mean right next door. If you're at Curlie's facing the water the property is the one immediately to your right. The experience was everything I hoped for and I hope I can make it back soon!

Ernesto's was a nice place and as advertised it is right on the beach. The room booked through airbnb was towards the side of the building but for a small price ($10) I was able to upgrade to a very spacious ocean view room which was absolutely worth it. There is just something beautiful to waking up in the morning to the sight and sound of ocean waves. This place is a few kilometers away for the main market area (baga beach) but since it is so very easy to rend two wheeler automobile, it is actually to stay in the comparatively quieter Anjuna beach with better view and ride up to Baga whenever you need to. I would definitely pick this place again the next time I am back in Goa.

The listing for this property clearly shows a sea view. Be warned that if you'd actually like the room in the photographs that this will incur extra charge. We were put into a side room without an opening window that overlooked a rubbish pile. If you are on a tight budget and happy with this, don't hesitate to to book. It's a basic room with decent cleanliness. The location is good if you are seeking to be in the middle of tourist town. If you're looking for something quieter, this place is not for you.
