The space
Saida Towers is the most resort like condo complex on South Padre Island that is not a hotel.
When you walk into this condo, you will be drawn to the patio door and ocean view right away. Visions of sunset margaritas or morning coffee come to mind even as a write this. The kitchen's eat in breakfast counter is perfect for tacos in the morning or the fajita line for your family after a long day at the beach
There are 5 towers at Saida, Tower II where this ground floor unit #104 is located means you cannot get closer to the beach or ocean. The heated pool is just on the other side of the building along with the hot tub.
This beachfront property features:
*3 pools, 1 heated
*3 heated Texas-sized jacuzzis
*Numerous Tennis/Pickleball courts
*Bar & Grill is open seasonally on weekends
*Coin operated washer & dryer in building
*24 hour a day security along with gated, secure off street parking
*Outdoor showers just inside the private beach access point. Rent umbrellas in front of complex in the sand for $45/day
*BBQ is allowed on beach but not at property
*Free Parking Off Street
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos has views of beach directly, a private patio that opens up to the grounds and walk to beach. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 is en suite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has windows to ocean.
As this is a ground floor unit, the view is not perfect of ocean but is there. Please understand that while this condo has all tile floors, stainless appliances, NO stairs, and granite counters, it is not completely remodeled to brand new and we do want that known.
While we allow up to 8 guests, there really isn't sleeping space for 8. There is a king in the master bedroom, double/full size bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. We also provide a double sized airbed. Do bring extra bedding if you plan on using the pull out or airbed.
If you go out the back patio door, there is the ocean. If you go out the front door, there is the heated pool and parking is just behind the building. Ultimate in convenience.
In terms of walkablity, Saida is hands down the #1 best place to stay. Walk to literally dozens of bars and restaurants. You and your family will feel very secure at this complex with 24 hour security and off street parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots/pans/etc and professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre blvd. Towels, linens, and a starter pack of toiletries, trash bags, and dishwasher pods is there (not refilled).
Any stays over 3 nights there is free linen exchange at South Padre Trips office.
Please read and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking. The City of South Padre Short Term Occupancy Permit # is available upon request.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 23 years of age or older. If you are not 23, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a e-sign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional
Please note: in the months of March and Easter weekend, the property charges a non refundable fee of $25 + 17% tax on condo security wristband fees. This is a HOA fee and NOT our fee. You can buy them in cash from security OR if you wish to use a credit card, we can pre collect this money from you and get them on your behalf. Again, this is for anyone ages 10 years of age to 32 years of age. Thank you

As our guest, you have full private access to our ground floor condo, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a private patio that leads directly out to the resort grounds. Beyond your private retreat, you are welcome to enjoy the extensive amenities of the Saida Towers complex. This includes access to three swimming pools, one of which is heated year round, and three heated hot tubs. You also have access to the tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor showers, and a secure private beach access point. For your convenience, there is gated off street parking available for up to two vehicles and coin operated laundry facilities within the building.
Other things to note
To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present at check in. We require a signed rental agreement and a photo identification to be submitted after booking to comply with local regulations. Check in begins at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. Parking is limited to two vehicles, and golf carts are considered vehicles. Please respect our quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. Note that our starter supply of toiletries is not replenished during your stay. During March and Easter weekend, a mandatory security wristband fee applies for guests aged 13 to 33, which we will collect prior to your arrival. Smoking, parties, and pets are strictly prohibited.

I am the Founder of South Padre Trips, a boutique full service property management company with an office on the Island. i also Founded Inertia Tours, the largest tour operator to South Padre Island Texas. I own homes in Dripping Springs, Texas and South Padre and split time between them.
I am an avid Football guy coaching my Sons since they were 4 years old they attend Lake Travis ISD. I am passionate about my alma mater the Wisconsin Badgers football as well as my birth state Minnesota Vikings. I still love all Texas teams and root for the Cowboys and Texans to our Longhorns and Aggies. My sons and I dirt bike swim surf play catch ride bike shoot guns and love to watch movies before bed.
My life revolves them!
The 2 boys I have are aged 10 and 8 and share my love of the beach!!! I try to assure my condos cater to the needs of families like mine with budget in mind. I care about my guests as I know taking a vacation with children can be quite expensive and stressful. Everything I have I have earned myself and respect working class families like mine and you can be assured of respect back.
Professionally I served on the South Padre Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 6.5 years, and was awarded the Kukai Award for excellence in the Tourism Industry. I currently serve on the Official City of South Padre Island's Tourism Board known as the CVA, appointed by the Mayor and City Council to direct the marketing efforts of my favorite place on earth...SOUTH PADRE!
