4x4 Vehicle Required year round. Fees may apply due to HOA.
Vehicles traveling uphill yield to vehicles traveling downhill. Please don’t start to drive up the big hill if there is a car at the top, about to come down. Make sure you look before proceeding up the road.
*Note this is opposite standard driving protocol. Best way to get up the big hill, winter or summer, is to use 4WD, a low gear, and go slowly.
Small dogs allowed with previous authorization and a fee of $350.
If there is any damage the fee will escalate.
Cleanings Services upon request, Tenant pays for extra cleanings.
