  • Suzanne is helpful and informative as a host. The apartment is charming and very clean, and the location near Union Square is ideal. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

  • It was nice to stay here! The room is a little cozy, but the bed is very comfortable and Suzanne is very kind!

  • I really enjoyed staying with Suzanne!
Suzanne is very hospitable and up for one or another chat and recommendations. She is very friendly and thoughtful.

The apartment is in a perfect location (13th and 2nd), so, you have Union Square (with all the connections) close by, in addition you are in the East Village (which is for me a big plus, as I used to live there).
The apartment is beautiful and clean. The room is small, but nice: You have a bed, a small desk, a cupboard and a shelf, so, definitely enough storage space. If you have a large suitcase you'll must squeeze it in front of the shelf, but you can still move :). The room was perfectly clean, and I thought the bed really comfy.
Sharing the bathroom with Suzanne and her daughter was never a problem.

I can only recommend staying there!

  • It was so so so lovely staying with Suzanne! She was so helpful and endearing to talk to! I recommend anyone to stay with Suzanne at any given day!
I'll come visit you soon Suzanne!!!

  • Suzanne was personable, flexible and thoughtful. The room had all the amenities I needed for a 2-day layover before continuing onward on a business trip. I was traveling with a massive suitcase which was hard to open in the room but I doubt many other travelers will be in the same boat. On the whole, thumbs up!

  • Great place to stay in New York! The apartment is in a perfect location with easy access Union Square with subway stops just a short walk away. There are some great places to eat and go drinking in the area as well plus I found it was a very safe location. Suzanne is an excellent host; she and her daughter were very friendly, she gave me some great tips on where to go in the city while I was there, and she really made me feel comfortable at home in her apartment.

  • Suzanna is a great host! The room was perfect for what I needed, just a place to crash while I visited friends in the city. The location is great, central to many things and close to the subways. Suzanne is super friendly and made my stay very comfortable. I highly recommend her place! :)

  • I had a really pleasant stay at the house. It is located in a very nice region and very accessible by several modes of transport.

  • My first airbnb experience in an apartment in East Village, NYC, was very, very good. My host was most cooperative and helpful. The location is terrific for subway/Union Square. Due to the location of my activities, I did not dine in the neighborhood so cannot speak to that. I did feel very safe, especially late at night, returning to the apt. from Union Square. I'll definite be a returning Air customer!
