The host is so welcome to introduce his apartment when we come, the host is so nice and the neighbor is also kind.
Francois was there to meet me on the day I arrived. He was very helpful describing the Apartment, Amenities as well as the neighborhood. Francois was also easily reachable and available for any questions I had during my stay and I would love to stay at any of their properties in the future!
There is not much to add to this review because the apartment is just as nice as it looks in the photos, lots of space, the building is great and the commute to Manhattan from Jersey City is so short and convenient. Lots of good options for Dining, Coffee, Bakery, local gym, farmers market etc. all within very short walking distances.
My spouse and I had a wonderful experience at this loft. It is so close to everything we needed - the PATH train, grocery stores, and tons of local restaurants. The loft is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the building is beautiful. The windows in the loft are huge and bring so much light in the rooms for most of the day! The hosts were very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and family! Thank you Bob and Francois!
I was temporarily working in Manhattan and lived for 2 months in the apartment. It was a great experience.
The hosts are awesome, welcoming and and always available. The apartment is exactly how the pictures show. No surprises at all!
Additionally, the place is is very convenient for a daily commute to NYC. there is a shuttle that takes you to the Grove Street Station (or you could walk 4-5 blocks instead) of the Path system, which runs 24/7 and will take you to Manhattan in 15 minutes.
The neighborhood is safe, calm and quiet. I definitely recommend (for short or long stays).
Hey Francois, thank you for hosting us in your beautiful place. It's spacious and well appointed. The room is a 5-10 Min. walk away from the PATH-Grove St. Station. Delis, grocerys and fast-food restaurants are available.
We definitely recommend this place for a NYC trip. The Path takes up to 5-7 Min to the World Trade Center in Manhattan and 15 Min to 33rd Street. It runs 7/24.
We would come back again :)...
A refaire ...
Great apartment in a great area! There are little restaurants and bakeries all around the apartment if you feel like eating in Jersey City. (If you love a fresh baguette and jam for breakfast, it's perfect.) Getting to Manhattan was so easy, a 15 minute train ride via the PATH (PATH station was a five minute walk from the loft.) The loft itself is absolutely gorgeous. Looks exactly like the pictures with the beautiful large windows and high ceilings. When we arrived the apartment was spotless, the kitchen had all the utensils and pans you would ever need to cook, and the bathroom had a blowdryer, spare razors, and shaving cream. (Though, for you guys over 6 ft tall, you might have to duck in the shower a bit. Not a big deal, was actually pretty funny with my boyfriend being 6'2" hehe) Very comfortable bed and bedding. Francois was a great host who kept communication open and checking out was super easy, we just had to leave the keys in the locked apartment when we left. Overall, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay and wouldn't change a thing. If we come back to the city, we hope to stay in this apartment again! : )

We love to travel and meet new people. Bob is originally from Connecticut and Francois from France, we've been living in NY/NJ for twenty years. We also like art, music and movies. And we both speak French and English! Due to our busy schedule, one of us will be your host in the listing of your choosing. Welcome to Jersey City and New York!
