A lovely flat, we spent a very good trip !!!!!!
I recommended this apartment.
Great situation for this appartment.
Instructions left by Carrie, clear and easy
things to be improoved: quality of both sofa/bed,, change the bedclothes they're too used.
What a good experience over all
This is a well appointed flat which is practical and comfortable
Carrie was most helpful when i had a problem with dates
The key system worked well too
I can recommend this flat
We were so pleased my daughter wants to book it again
The only good thing about this unit was the location and it was a reasonable size. The unit felt mouldy because it is sub-terranean. The table was broken. One sofa bed was broken and there were blood stains on the other. The wifi was weak and the tv in the bedroom didn't work. The double bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable.
Carrie was a great host and very helpful. Positives of the property were a) fantastic location, 3 min walk to 2 tube stations, b) 24hr bus route into Piccadilly at the end of the street and c) Kensington Gardens at the bottom of the street. All these things plus the 2 fold out sofas in the kitchen/lounge made it perfect for us and our 2 small kids. The negatives were a broken table leg on a glass table in the kitchen, the tv in the bedroom didn't work and one of the sofa beds was broken. These were annoying but overall it's good value especially for a family.
Great location. Nice flat. Carrie made everything run smoothly. Thanks for a great week.
A decent place to stay and rest your tired feet. Great location.
The appartment is ideally located in London and it was really fantastic. Enough room for the five of us. I recommand this appartment especially during summer as it is underneath and cool even when it is war outside.
We spent a long we in Hyde Park apt. Location is perfect to visit London! The apartment was clean and perfect for a family! I will be back again! Thanks Carrie
We had a great 5 day stay at Carrie's apartment. Its in a great location just close to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace and one block away from some great pubs, 2 railway stations and all the shopping you need to do to make the apartment a home-away from home experience.
