This condo is located on the thirteenth floor of a 16 story mid-century high-rise condo building perched on the edge of Capitol Hill in downtown Seattle.
**Book NOW for US Open Dates 2015. This condo will have a one week minimum stay during US Open week.
You are right next door to the Washington State Convention Center, and walking distance to the downtown Seattle shopping district, Pike Place Market, Seattle's Waterfront and the eclectic Capitol Hill neighborhood. The Space Needle and Seattle Center are 1.5 miles away; a short bus or cab ride.
You enter into a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, with white leather seating and a large window framing the sparkling lights of downtown Seattle. The decor has a great modern vibe! The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a quick meal. All linens and towels are included. There is a laundry room available for guests in the building as well as a roof top deck with breathtaking views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. A fold down European-style couch back in the living room offers a full sized sleeping surface for a fifth guest. Stunning views of downtown with its skyscrapers, and a peek-a-boo view of Elliott Bay are available from every window in this modern and comfortable condo.
An iPod docking stereo, 60' LED HD Sony TV with HD Cable and a Netflix streaming enabled Blu Ray player in the living room are provided for your entertainment. In each bedroom there are also 40 inch LCD TVs. Complimentary high speed wireless internet connection is also in the condo, as well as in the lobby of the building.
With an almost perfect walk score of 98, we are situated in the ideal downtown Seattle location where Capitol Hill meets downtown. The building is next to the Washington State Convention Center and just steps to Pacific Place & Westlake shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, public transportation, and many restaurants. The building is just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital, Pike Place Market, Seattle's Great Wheel at the waterfront, and less than a mile to the stadium district and just one and a half miles to the Space Needle, Seattle Center and EMP. Add in easy access to and from I-5 and needless to say, the location is prime!
Unlike most other vacation rentals in the area, we do not charge for parking. There is one parking spot per unit in our building and the garage is located in the basement of the building.
Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
We try our hardest to make your stay the best it possibly can. And if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable next time...just let us know!
And please enjoy the gift basket upon your arrival with a few things that will make your stay enjoyable.

Nice, modern furnishings. Ample outlets for charging personal devices in every room.
Easy access to the Washington State Convention Center. 10 minute-walk to the local QFC (grocery store chain.)
ideal place to stay for visiting the overly priced city of Seattle. Walking distance to downtown, Pike Place, underground bus station, underground light rail to air port and monorail. It is an older building, but the inside of the condo is great and clean. the master bed is very comfortable, bathroom very clean, whole place is very clean. the second room beds are also very comfortable. Very quite and no problems getting hot water. We were allowed earlier than the 4:00pm check-in which was very much appreciated.
Our entire stay was wonderfully managed so we knew what to do every step of the way. The hosts provided very thorough communication before our trip, which made arrival a breeze. Alan met us at the condo for check-in, showed us around, and told us a little about the city.
The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as represented. Our group was in town for a coffee conference at the Washington State Convention Center, which was basically right across the street. There could be no better location! We had 5 people staying, which worked out fine. The only difficulty was that there were only two keys, but we worked it out.
I would definitely recommend this place for convention goers, or even for a family visiting Seattle that wants a good central homebase.
Great space and location especially if you are looking for easy access to the convention center.
A great location! Very handy if you are attending anything at the Washington State Convention Centre but central to everything.
The staff who greeted us were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean and very well set up. Lots of technology available in the condo to keep you entertained.
Great place and very close to pike market and the space needle. Darik was an amazing host and very helpful. The place is just as described. When i come back to seattle, this is the place i will be booking (website hidden): I booked this place one night before my flight and Darik was fast on his response and made sure i had a place to stay!
Great apartment! Clean and comfortable to live in. Very convenient check-in check-out process. Close to city center and various stores.

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our nack at hosting, great marketing, amazing design, what was just an investment, has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!
