Enjoy a luxury stay and experience at our converted water tower in Flockton with 360 degree breath taking, countryside views from floor to ceiling windows . You can watch the whole conversion on TV as it was featured on Derelict Rescue,HGTV or read about it in the Sunday Times or Yorkshire Post features.

The space
Entrance is located at ground level with a pleasant entrance hall for shoes and coats.
We have a spiral staircase which leads to the living accommodation. Set over 3 floors with kitchen, seating and dining area to first floor. This floor also houses a cloakroom w.c . The whole of the first floor has floor to ceiling windows offering breathtaking 360 degree countryside views.
The second floor has three bedrooms, one double and 2 king , all en-suite .
The third floor has a secondary seating area, 1 king bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
All beds are high quality with high thread count cotton bedding.Our bathrooms all have walk in showers with powerful showers .

Please be aware there are 60 steps on the spiral staircase to reach the top floor accommodation.

Our outdoor area is fully fenced but not fully enclosed.

Quiet celebrations and dinner parties are welcome .

Dogs are considered but please enquire first
