  • Luiza' flat is located (email hidden)ly but safe and quiet neighborhood close to main spots of interest of the city. We really appreciated the market down the street : very good food and wine ! So many stairs climbing up to the door : breathe deeply... But this is the way it is in Genoa.
Luiza's flat is nice, big enough for two couples in two bedrooms but not suitable for young children. It has a pleasant view on roofs from the tiny balcony. I can just complain a bit about bathroom - tasks mold - and defective shutters in master bedroom. But this is the way it is also in Genoa !

We did not meet Luiza - busy at work. A friend of her welcomed us.

  • Luisa penthouse apt is amazing in its rustic, modern, artsy decor. Set on a hill, the view is also nice to wake to to and take pics of neighboring rooftops. Luisa was very responsive and kind to wait for us despite our train came in late at night. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very unique located in a monastery. There are quite a bit of stairs but its well worth it. It is located close to all the sights and aim attractions.

One thing to note was that the internet was spotty - making travel planning difficult as we were dependent on wifi. Luisa did everything she could to help with troubleshooting, so I suspect it may just be the nature of the location itself on the hill. Despite this, i would most definitely highly recommend Luisa's fabulous apartment!

Also, Luisa was very kind and patient. We had inadvertently locked ourselves out. Luisa was very responsive and quickly coordinated her friend to let us in within the hour. Thank you Roberto! Thank you Luisa!

Overall, it was a very lovely experience.

Luisa è una persona super disponibile, attenta alle esigenze e molto discreta (anche molto comica direi ehhehe).
La casa è assolutamente un paradiso ci siamo letteralmente innamorati dell'atmosfera, dei divani e della tranquillità.

  • Great apartment very close to the historic centre!
I really liked the contrast between the old convent and the modern apartment and art! Will certainly come back!

  • Large and trendy apartment with everything in the apartment including books and even an umbrella. It is very homely. Lovely sheets on bed.
It is a bit of a hike up to the apartment any there are many steps so not for the elderly who may be poorly.
Apartment is on a few levels and would be a bit dangerous for a young family.
We were met by Christine's cleaner who couldn't speak any English and had bit of difficulty setting up WiFi and we had some trouble with washing machine as is in Italian and no instructions were left for us. Also had problems unlocking front door key and it appeared to get worse so became increasingly worried when coming back to apartment after day out that we wouldn't be able to get in.
However overall had a lovely stay in the apartment.

  • The appartement is REALLY charmy and comfortable, situated in a very nice, quiet part of Genova. Luisa is very helpful and uncomplicated (like Italians in general) , thanks very much! Our children (9 and 12 yo) loved the appartament too, even though it's not recommendable for small children.
    We hope to come again!

  • What a perfect apartment, what an experience!! We spent three days in Genova (my dad, sister and I) and had a wonderful time: enjoying genova, relaxing on the sofa, cooking together, sightseeing, dolce vita... We loved the old house, its truly a bijou. Luisa very kind, she is a great host and had a lot of useful informations for us. The apartment is in a very good condition, clean, quiet and just a few steps away from the city center. Grazie mille, Luisa, ritorniamo!
