This is a fantastic place, ideal for those that want to be in the centre of Perth. The apartment is located on the famous Hay Street, right in the middle of the CBD and shopping district, brimming with cafes and restaurants. The Murray and Hay Street Malls at your doorstep offer a wide rang of specialty stores, including jewellery, fashion and souvenir shops. High-end shops like Gucci, Prada and Bally are right outside.
The building has a lift and stair access to the 1st floor apartment, which is very spacious with modern design, airconditioning, flatscreen TV and DVD. There is also a very large private outdoor area which gets a lot of sun during the day.
Perfect for a couple, or can sleep one additional person on a sofa bed.

Parking space is not available in the building although there are a number of car parks located in the city and there is free parking on the street in the evenings from 6pm until 8am.

The corner of King and Hay Street is right in the heart of the city next to interesting shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The Apple store is across the road as well as high end shops like Prada, Gucci etc.
There is a free inner city bus service (CAT) and the underground train station is 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
Other Things to Note
There is no parking in the apartment building, but there is free parking during the evenings on the street, and the City of Perth His Majesty's car park is just 100 metres from the apartment and costs $3.70/h.
No smoking in the apartment. You may smoke in the outdoor courtyard.

This was a perfect experience. The apartment is perfectly situated, equipped and comfortable. we enjoyed a lovely Easter treat on arrival and were impressed by how quiet it was. We will definitely stay again and recommend.
The place was perfect. It was exactly as how it was described and looked like on the website. The place was clean, and we got the keys with no issues at all. The location was super convenient to all shopping, restaurants, and there were cabs right outside 24/7. We would definitely come back again!
Lovely one bedroom apartment very well located in Perth. We stayed a family of 4 and felt quite good. It is very clean. The double bed and sofa are comfy and Jemma has 2 additional inflated bed.
The apartment and the kitchen are very well equipped with everything one can need for a comfortable and convenient stay in Perth, soap and cleaning products supplied.
Despite being right downtown, there is a lovely walled patio garden with a table, chairs and plants. Quite interesting to have this luxury while being surrounded by tall buildings all around.
Safe and quiet environment, right downtown and very close to the pedestrian sections of Hay Street and Murray Street. Walking distance to Perth train station so you can easily go everywhere you want.
The apartment is in a very central location and is clean and well presented. The free wifi was handy and I was able to collect the keys without any problem despite arriving late at night. It met my needs and I would be happy to stay again.

Location : 5 great location right in the heart of Perth. Walk out the apt. bldg and you are in central Perth. No need to rent a car and very easy walk to Hay and Murray Markets. Information centre is just 2 mins away. Theatre is just another 2 mins walk. Holiday Inn is across the road. Great shopping from Prada to Target within a few mins walk. Grocery store conveniently located in Mall. Abundant eating places.
Cleanliness: 5. very clean with all the basic amenities. Ample utensils for preparing meals. Very convenient to have washer and dryer in Unit. Linens provided were fresh and clean.
Service: 5. We met Andrew (spouse) on arrival and he took us to the apt. If you needed anything they were just an e- mail away. Although we did not complain, we had new pillows brought to the unit. Also the next morning, the Guy from the A/C company was in to ensure that the unit was working well.
Will definitely recommended to friends and family and will stay there again on my return. Excellent value for cost of unit for the week!
We truly enjoyed our stay in Perth.
Great location, right in the centre of Perth. The flat was a bit sterile and felt like no one had stayed in it for a while (almost a hotel feel with the room a bit dusty, pillows that were flat - the things I try and avoid by using airbnb!), but once the unit was aired out it was ok. A little bit disappointing for the price I paid.
