Positives: Excellent location, spacious and modern apartment, very secure building. Celeste was lovely and great with correspondence!
Negatives: Apartment was very 'damp' - always felt muggy. Was fine when windows were open but was not very practical. Bed was very soft, but not too bad. Place was very clean except the shower had a bit of mould.
Overall - would recommend this apartment for the price paid but if I had my time again I would have probably spent more for something a bit better.
The loft was perfect for our stay in Rome - very conveniently located, quiet, and comfortable. It has a great shower! Celeste and Flavia are delightful and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay in Celestes and Flavias Loft. Everything was as envisioned by the pictures and especially the location in Trastevere is just terrific.
We'd definitely recommend staying here.
We had a nice stay at the loft; the apartment is spacious and clean. The location is great in Trastevere--quiet street but walking distance to restaurants and most parts of town. Celeste and Flavia were great hosts; very prompt and helpful. They also arranged car transport for us from the airport, which was very useful in Rome (taxis often take advantage of tourists). I highly recommend this apartment!
The loft is great. Very clean and spacious and it has all you need. Location is great since in less than 2 minutes you can get to stores and fresh food market and in 5 minutes you have all the restaurants of Trastevere. Rome Center and Vatican are in walking distance.
Celeste and Flavia were great and gave us all the tips about the area and a map of Rome. They also helped us with early check in and late checkout which helped us a lot.
The loft design is great, everything worked and the hot water worked unlike said below for long long showers.
No second though booking this place.
Everything was great. The apartment is modern and in a great neighborhood in Rome (Trastevere). Silvia and Flavia are very quick to respond to any questions or to deal with any issues.
One small issue is that sometimes hot water didn't last long. For example, if two people take a shower one after the other, the second person may need to do it quickly or he/she will run out of the hot water and then will need to wait until enough water is heated again. However, once we told Silvia and Flavia about the issue, they had somebody fixed it the same day and even though it didn't make hot water last forever, it lasted longer after the issue was fixed. Perhaps limited supply of hot water (which depends on how big the water heater is I suppose) is typical of all/most apartments in Rome. I say a small issue because it was only one or two times that hot water didn't last enough for the two of us. Otherwise, everything was fine.
All in all, my girlfriend and I enjoyed the apartment a lot. I highly recommend the apartment and Silvia and Flavia as hosts and look forward to staying at the apartment on our future trips to Rome.
Excellent place. Loved the loft and the neighborhood. It is close to everything and to the beautiful little streets of Trastevere. Flavia and Celeste are great hosts! The loft is beautiful and spacious. We would recommend this loft to everyone specially due to the location.
Great location! Walking distance to everywhere you want to be in rome!
Celeste was very accommodating for our early flight by letting us check in at noon. The apartment was spacious and modern, and provided a perfect base for exploring Trastevere and Central Rome. Highly recommended!
Celeste was a great host. She met us promptly and had maps and details about where to eat and go out in Trestevere. She accomodated our late flight by allowing us to leave luggage in the apartment. Trestevere is a great location just outside the heart of the city and great for eating out. We recommend Celeste's loft.
