Fantastic apartment in a great area! Celeste and Flavia were lovely and responded immediately to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this.
A great apartment, perfect location for exploring Trestevere and the rest of Rome across the Tiber river.
The apartment was well kitted out with all you could need and was clean and spacious too.
Our arrival time changed at late notice and Celeste and Flavia were very accommodating in meeting us at the apartment when we did arrive.
We were slightly disappointed with the apartment's general condition as it seemed in the pictures to be really new and modern. However in reality there was quite a lot of ware and tare. Aside from this, the location was great, within walking distance of a lot of the sites and with many nice restaurants and bars in the area of Trastevere. Celesta and Daphnie seemed nice but they could have been abit more helpful in offering us clear directions to the apartment. It was meant to be walking distance from the tram stop but we ended up needing to get a taxi. We also decided not to pay the additional €30 charge for late check in, we found this slightly unfair given the misleading pictures of the apartment.
Flavia and Celeste were very helpful and flexible - we arrived early and they let us check in early and leave our bags at the apartment so we could go and make the most of Rome straight away! The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed, and was well located within walking distance of everything in the city. I have seen a few comments about the bed however we found it very comfortable and had no problems with it.
Thank you Celeste and Flavia for a lovely trip!
Great hosts charming apartment! Would recommend to anyone, would stay here again ! Thanks ladies :)
Lovely apartment! Just 5minutes walk to the nicest restaurants and bars which is ideal for getting home at night. Walking distance to the main monuments. Apartment ideal for a couple but no more. Lovely clean bathroom and shower. Oil, salt and pepper, and tea bags were left in the cupboard for us and with the patisserie just around the corner, we made breakfast in the apartment every morning. We didn't see much of the hosts but they gave us a map and book. We didn't realise but on arrival we had to pay 21€ to them for city tax. They offered a car to collect us from the airport which we took for convenience but had we been to rome before hand we would have taken an uber to the apartment instead. Our only problem was storing our luggage on our day of departure. We had a late flight (9pm) but could only have our bags in the apartment until 3pm. After some research we found that there was a luggage storage in termini the train station. But just be aware of that when u are booking flights. Over all it was a brilliant place for a couple to stay in Rome! Wifi was great also. Such a lovely, clean apartment in a great location.
Our host was waiting for us when we arrived. Although we were a little late finding out way to the apartment, they were pleasant, and showed us how everything worked. The apartment was clean, and most everything worked well, although the heat was a little hard to control, and the upstairs became much warmer than the downstairs.
