Devon was a great host and has a lovely house. We really enjoyed our time there and were made to feel at ease straight away.
Lovely weekend at Devon's place. He managed to make us feel very welcome, and we were able to make use of the large living area and kitchen as well as the terrace. Because the house was so welcoming, we ended up eating in twice, and also relaxing in the living room (watching TV, reading, chatting). The view from the terrace was spectacular, as the house appears to be on one of the highest points in the area - halfway between bay and ocean. Devon was on the premises often, or not far away, therefore very attentive to our needs. Thanks for being a great host - highly recommend your lovely home and the Mornington Peninsula as a holiday destination.
Enjoyed a lovely weekend in Rye. Beautiful property in a great location just outside of Rye with fantastic views. Devon was very friendly & happy to help out with anything.
What a perfect little retreat. I enjoyed my two night stay. The views are refreshing. Thank you devon for being such a great host and for the tips on where to eat around the area. Much appreciated
We had a great stay. Devon and his girlfriend made us feel very welcomed and at home so that we never hesitated to get comfy and make use of the great shared areas, especially the beautiful deck. Room and bath very clean and nicely set up. Highly recommended!
Devon was a great host and very friendly with plenty of local knowledge, the room and bathroom were immaculate and we couldn't have asked for anymore in a host or a place to say. I'd be more than happy to recommend Devon and his home to any of my friends or family.
Devon greeted us and made us feel very welcome on our arrival, introducing us to his partner and his dogs, and showing us around the place. The dogs Marley, and Murphy are really friendly, and eager for pats and scratches whenever they were on offer. They were also very well behaved too and were not a bother to have around at all. We were also given access to use the kitchen and living areas and some of the supplies, like coffee tea, cooking herbs and utensils also, which was great. Devon also gave us a lot of information on things to see and do around the area and always made himself available help us with any queries. Additionally, our room was large, private and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to revisit this place again.
