Other Things to Note
Do not let dogs out of the courtyards. My dogs are Bassets bred for rabbit hunting. They will go on scent and get lost and they all three would go in different directions. They know to not go out of gate, but if you leave open and walk away they will go out.
The Tucson skyline is dominated by mountains in every direction, with the Santa Catalina Mountains to the north, the Rincon Mountains to the east, and the Tucson Mountains to the west. The University of Arizona, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and the (website hidden) Intelligence Center, Fort Huachuca are the city and surrounding area’s major employers. Events hosted by Tucson, which contribute to the city’s healthy tourism industry, include the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, the largest in the world, the Tucson Folk Festival and the Tucson Rodeo and Fourth Avenue Street Fair. Other cultural points of interest include the Arizona Historical Society, the Fort Lowell Museum, the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun, Old Tucson Studios and the Museum of the Horse Soldier.
On the day of your arrival please let me know your arrival time and comply with it, this is especially important on weekends.
Breakfast on the table by 8am latest. Earlier works better for me as I work from home and start at 8am. Quiet by 10pm, no smoking. Well behaved pets and children only. When using kitchen rinse dishes and put in dishwasher. Leave counters clean. You may use the refrigerator to store items. I have a clean, organized kitchen, keep it that way.
Bassets are not allowed outside the courtyard. Please be aware of dogs when going in and out the gate.
