Welcome to our stylish 1-bedroom apartment with an industrial vibe, perfect for couples, small families, and business travelers. Located just a short walk from the trendiest restaurants and breweries in town, you'll enjoy the best of urban living. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, two dedicated work desks, and the convenience of a covered, assigned parking space.

The space
The bedroom features a queen bed, twin bed, spacious closet, large windows with blackout curtains, TV, ceiling fan, and a desk. The fully equipped kitchen includes basic seasonings and oil. The living room offers two comfortable sofas, a dining table, TV, board games, and an additional desk.

THINGS TO NOTE:

STAIRS - Our condo is on the second floor, requiring you to climb two flights of stairs.

POTENTIAL NOISE - There are other condos in the vicinity. While our neighbors are generally quiet, you might hear some movement.

SECURITY - The property is equipped with surveillance cameras on the exterior, parking area and the common area can only be accessed with a door code.
