Magnifique appartement de 100m2, situé au cœur de Cannes à seulement 2 minutes à pieds du palais des festivals et des plages de la Croisette. C'est l'emplacement, idéal aussi bien pour des vacances que pour le business. Toutes les commodités sont au pied de l'immeuble (boulangerie, marche aux fruits et légumes, pharmacie, restaurants, fast food).

L'appartement se situe au 2ème étage, il y a 2 chambres (lit 160cm et 2 lits 90cm) avec double vitrage et vue dégagée, 2 salle d'eau et 2 wc, un double séjour avec Tv LCD, lecteur dvd, hifi. L'appartement est complété par un salon/chambre avec un canapé convertible 2 places. La cuisine est spacieuse et fonctionnelle (lave linge séchant, four, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, plaque vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur congélateur). Internet en wifi.

Great apartment in the old town of Cannes. Location was perfect and the apartment was well equipped and spacious. Can't wait to return and would love to stay here again!

As others mention, there are two pivotal reasons why this listing is an excellent choice: (1) location - it can't get better than this. Red carpet area is may be a 3-5 mins walk. There is a vibrant fresh fruit and local products market right in front of the apartment. There are plenty of pretty cafes, nice (French and Italian) restaurants and bars within 2-8 mins walk. Beach, ferry pick-up point and branded stores are all within few mins walk. (2) parking - the apartment comes with free access to a near by parking lot. Note that the parking is not next to/under/above the apartment, but is very very close. Free parking in the center of city is a major advantage if you plan to visit near by French Riviera attractions (Nice, Grasse, Antibes, Marselle, etc.). To balance it out, I also have two criticisms: (1) lack of personal touch - We never met Florian, it felt like a hotel where owner isn't available and you interact with the staff. Please note that this didn't cause us any inconvenience whatsoever. We reached really late, approx. 10 pm on the day of arrival and Florian made sure somebody was there to receive us. However, he didn't seem to flexible regarding us reaching late, arranging to leave keys somewhere, etc. (2) the apartment is very spacious but the decor is not exactly as it is shown in the photos. Again, it is totally cool but just something to keep in mind. There is no dryer in the unit, while it was listed when I booked it. Though we were given a stand to hang wet clothes when this was brought to attention. All in all, an excellent location to spend a night or a few weeks. I highly recommend Florian's apartment.

The flat is in an excellent location just 100mtrs from the harbour!, and well maintained and furnished, perfect for our needs with all possible amenities. The view from the bay windows over the market square up to the castle is superb!. Florian was a great host with good communications and a warm welcome!.

The location and view is fantastic! Whether going to the beach or restaurants, everything is on walking distance. With a nice view overlooking the Market, where you can get your fresh food. Overall, its a nice spacious apartment with some room for improvements regarding some details. Please note that the third room is indeed the lounge area with the couch as bed, my friends found it not that comfortable to sleep. We haven't met Florian but he is always available, helpful and quick to response. We had a power issue, probably a fuse issue, and when we couldn't solve it by ourselves, he sent sometime quickly to solve it.

Florian is friendly, professional and reliable. The location is very central in Cannes, literally close to everything important, to the old port, palais des festival, the beach, the old city suquet, rue meynadier, rue d'antibes, train station, direct bus 210 to nice airport, etc. The flat is spacious, bright and well equipped, ideal for two couples. The professional photos show the apartment realistic, the current interior has changed only slightly. The flat directly faces the famous mache forville, perfect for buying fresh food, a bit noisy in the very early morning, if you leave the windows open, otherwise no problem at all ! We appreciated the mobile airconditioners during hot August in Cannes, the dishwasher, well working wifi, even once used the laundry machine in the kitchen. We didn't miss the none existing elevator at all. The flat is in a house with friendly neighbors, only one flat each floor. Overall, highly recommended.
