Bryan was not a happy customer and there is only one reason for it: He did not check the WiFi speed before coming. He is a web designer and needs speeds of up to 1000mb/second.
Therefore - Bryan was unable to work here.
If it had been my broken promise, then I would admit fault immediately and fix / refund him.
The WiFi is fast for the usual user who wants to stream music / movies / you tube etc. and good for multiple devices.
I gave Byran an exit route which is not normally possible. He left early and was demanding that I paid all the days that he had not used. Bryan has caused trouble for my calendar plans as I have accepted a booking right after his, which was supposed to be around 3 months long.
I am disappointed that Bryan has made an effort to write a terrible review to make the studio apartment look bad.
I believe in the old cliche - 'don't say anything unless you have something nice to say' , so I did not leave him a review. He did initially handle the situation with class, but just because I could not fully refund him every single day, (I did refund him the other 2 remaining months) - he's gone and done this.
I will look into all the feedback made (the reasonable ones) and make the needed change. Thanks.
