It includes an upscale bedroom and bathroom with all the much-needed amenities. Family & Pet friendly with access to an Extra-Large backyard for your pets/kids to run around and enjoy just for YOU. Private. Relaxing Patio/Fire Pit Area. Great parking space. Easy access to I-10 and close to Houston neighbourhoods.

The space
This contemporary guest suite is newly renovated. The private entrance is located in the driveway where you will have access to parking (up to 2 large vehicles!), followed by an extra large yard.! Your guest suite will be entirely private, including: a king size bed, desk area, kitchenette, large bathroom, full size washer & dryer, and private access to an extra large patio area just for YOU. Newly installed AC unit inside the suite. Renovated from top to bottom. Hope you enjoy it as much as we put love in designing a traveller stress free airbnb :) Trust us- This is one of the biggest outdoor spaces inside the loop. Your pets or kids will absolutely love running around in the huge backyard!

The guest suite is an attached unit to a three story house that has been completed privatised with an existing wall. No shared common spaces.

We are located in Rice Military - VERY close to Memorial Park, The Heights, Downtown, Medical Centre. Easy access to I-10 and all other areas in the Houston area. This is a charming neighborhood w/ plenty of bars/restaurants/parks to visit- Very family & pet friendly.
