Ocean front - swimming-snorkeling and kayaking from back yard - King Size Bed - all appliances - cableTV - Phone - wifi - stove with oven - towels, skin clothes and two beach towels - hair dryer - BBQ - West Coast views - great sunsets - 8 min walk to bus and supermarket - quiet location off the main roads - Installing charger for electric mini rental cars - also parking for scooter(s). Charging station on property for all electric rental car models.
The space
We offer a Kayak for the entire time not as a rental but we with a very small fee (waiver must be signed)
Other things to note
King size bed - Double Kayak (life jackets and provided and required) waiver must be signed. Location is also excellent for swimming, snorkeling and light fishing (weather permitting). Depth of water (sandy bottom) next to the shore is 6 inches at low tide and 4 ft at high tide. We recommend water shoes to protect against sharp objects when in the water. Waiver will include all water activity as we have no life guards on duty.

We live 8 minutes walk from a major bus route and grocery store. Our neighbors love chatting with our guests. We have recently completed installing a charging station which will work for all three models of electric mini cars which are the only type of rental cars on the island.
