This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is a great home base while you explore all Modoc has to offer.

Enjoy the entire house with two full baths, one with a tub. Full kitchen. Large living room with wood burning stove and 70” TV. Plenty of on property parking. Two queens and one twin bed.
