We had a lovely stay at Daniela's apartment.
The location is just amazing - we went to the shuk every morning, about a 5 minute walk, for goodies and exploring. The apartment itself was very comfortable for our needs, and also beautiful. We didn't cook an elaborate meal (mostly just breakfasts) we were surprised at how well outfitted the kitchenette was with pans, etc (there's just an electric burner). Mostly we were just disappointed that we were there in the one wintery week a year, so we didn't get to enjoy the very beautiful patio, draped in vines and with a sweet little view. Also, Daniela's pottery work is beautiful; we even spotted it at a local shop in the shuk!
We also found Daniela to be very responsive and helpful, and we also had a lot of privacy during our stay.
We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. The apartment had everything we needed and Daniela's pottery enhanced the place.
We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful time at Daniela's lovely apartment. We found the apartment exactly as in pictures: clean and well stocked with towels, crockery and kitchen utensils, tea and coffee etc. Beautifully decorated and in a great location. We enjoyed the 30 min easy stroll into the Old City, the quick 5 min walk up the road to Mahane Yehuda market for fresh coffee, fruit and pastries in the morning which we enjoyed on the quaint patio under the vine. Also nearby were some lovely cafe's and eateries and a craft/jewellery market on a Friday. Daniella was an absolutely fantastic host: welcoming and attentive, quick to respond to any queries. There was a problem with the toilet on our second day and her husband had it out and replaced within hours! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in her lovely little apartment, would readily recommend it and hope to visit again soon!
The place was excellent! The shower was amazing and it had all the things we needed to cook dinner on one of the nights. Great location - 8 minute walk to the shuk so you can eat breakfast / lunch and dinner there.
Daniela was very helpful and made everything super easy. Would recommend
