  • I'm so glad I was able to stay here for my birthday weekend in LA. I contacted Kyle super last minute about staying at his loft and he was able to make it happen the next day. The loft was awesome loved the decor and music vibe. Even my 2 English bulldogs loved the place! It was so hard to find a place that would accept them. The location was close to everything just a short walk to bars and resteraunts. Also it was close to a lot of dog friendly places which was a plus because we were traveling with our dogs. Kyle's guide was really helpful for where to go. I would recommend anyone staying in downtown LA to stay at Kyle's loft!

  • Kyle's loft is awesome! If you come to LA and you don't stay here you will for sure miss out! I booked my reservation SUPER last minute and Kyle was still able to accommodate me which I was so thankful for! The loft is beautiful even better than the pictures. Kyle even left a bottle of wine for my arrival! The bed is literally the most comfortable bed I have slept in in awhile and you cannot beat the rooftop hot tub and pool! The view is amazing.
I loved my time here and will hopefully be staying here again!

  • I rented this awesome space to stay in and to host a small gathering of musician friends. It was perfect! The space was just right, it had the right vibe for a bit of wine and cheese after the performances were over. My guests had many compliments to share regarding the décor and the location of the loft. Kyle was very good to work with, and he left a nice bit of printed information regarding things to do and places to eat locally. I am definitely keeping this one saved for future weekends in LA! Thanks, Kyle!!

The building is very secure and parking is very close. There is a nice coffee shop and pet store right next door! I would definitely stay here again!

  • Kyle is a fantastic host - easy communication, easy check in/out, and he makes every effort to make you feel welcome. We loved the apartment, it's spacious, clean and warm - the custom bar was especially fun! Rooftop pool/hot tub combo was also a big hit, the views up there are amazing! We had a blast. Thanks again for everything Kyle!!!!

  • Kyle was a fantastic host and his space is amazing! Before leaving, he made sure my friends and I knew every relevant detail about the surrounding area - where to shop, dine, hang, etc. He left no stone unturned.

His loft is right in the center of downtown L.A. with an awesome view AND a rooftop pool! I was on a trip for work so didn't get a chance to explore very much but I would definitely stay at Kyle's again next time I'm in L.A.

  • Kyle is one of the friendliest AirBnb host's I've ever talked to. He was incredibly communicative before and during our stay, and went out of his way to make sure I stay was incredible. Not to mention is place is AMAZING! For the price, this is one of coolest spots I've stayed. I would definitely recommend checking out this Loft and connecting with Kyle - you will not be disappointed.

About
I'm a fun loving contemporary jazz sax player based here in L.A. / Hollywood. I travel a lot for gigs and hate to see my funky Downtown hang suite go to waste! :-). I love the vibrancy of Downtown L.A. and my neighbors are great. You can feel the common vibe of other artists chasing their dreams here. I grew up in Seattle so I'm a big fan of the sun and beach here in SoCal. Travel, great friends, food, wine, music and sports are what I love. Can't laugh too much in a given day. Hope to meet you soon and expand my circle!
