The ground floor for rent is part of a two-level villa that speaks of a modern day Tulum-inspired stylish interiors. Raw & yet refined, gently worn, nude-washed walls, organic decors, arched windows & natural weaves that celebrate a laid back lifestyle by the beach. On a clear day, witness the most beautiful sunset at our private beach with a sunset set up prepared specifically for you during your stay.

The villa is sitting on an exclusive 8,000.00 sqm beachfront property. Ground Floor Only.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property including beach with great unobstructed sunset views on a really good day.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with 4-electric hub, range hood, Nespresso machine, Microwave, Kitchen Sink, Wooden plate set, , Glasses, Cutleries for 8 pax , Rice Cooker, Refrigerator, Water hot pot, Air fryer & basic cooking pans and utensils.

Dining Set - solid wooden table with upholstered chairs for 10pax.

Each Bedroom - King Size bed and mattress, 4 pillows, sheets and blankets. side tables.

Toilets - shower, sink and toilets with bidet, basic hand wash and 4 towels + hand-towels per toilet *note that toilets are out of the bedrooms*

Living Room - 3 seater sofa, center table, 2 accent chairs, 2 floor cushions, area rugs

Patio/ Pool lanai - 4 lounge chairs and 4 occasional chairs with center tables + 2 pool beds
