The condo is located minutes away from trendy Queen West which includes fantastic restaurants, bars, boutiques, cafes and shops. Some popular bars include the Drake Hotel and the Gladstone hotel which are both located just across the street. The grocery store is also only a short 2 minute walk away.
Fantastic restaurants can be found on Ossington Ave which is a short 5 minute walk away. This includes, The Saint, Boehmer, Union, Pizza Libretto, and Fishbar among others.
The street car can be accessed on Queen St, right in front of the Drake or just down Sudbury on King St. Only minutes away from Toronto's major attractions including the CN Tower, Air Canada Centre, and the Rogers Centre.
Guests will have access to the whole condo to use as their own during their stay. I ask that you respect it as your own and keep it tidy and respect your neighbors.
The great thing about the neighborhood is that everything is within walking distance.
- Groceries - There is a FreshCo on Gladstone literally 3 minute walk away.
- Liquor or Beer Store - Head west along Queen until you hit Brock, turn right and head north. It is just a couple metres north. Probably a ten minute walk from here.
- Bars and Restaurants - There are plenty all along Queen east or west from my condo. Also a hotspot for restaurants is Ossignton which is about 10 minute walk east of my condo.
Streetcars can be accessed on Queen St (to the north of me, 2 minute walk) or King St (to the south, along Sudbury, 5 minute walk). Both travel east and west and can get you into the city and most major attractions.
Feel free to use the place as your own. Feel free to call or text if you need anything. If anyone asks just mention you are friends staying at my place. :)

Great apartment with city views, comfy beds, and well located in liberty village, only a streetcar away from central. Checking in and out was made very easy and Matt was always readily available by text/email in the event of any questions. I would absolutely recommend this listing.
We stayed at Matt's place for three nights in June. It was a perfect spot for us. A lovely, modern, clean condo that was big enough for 4 adults and a child (two full bathrooms was a bonus!), convenient parking, great view, cool neighbourhood and restaurants, and easy access to the downtown by streetcar or on foot. We loved it! We didn't meet Matt, but all of our communications and arrangements for access were smooth and flawless. Overall, a really great experience. Many thanks, Matt.
Matt's condo was terrific. Great location and nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. Proximity to all neighborhood restaurants and local points of interest were excellent. Matt was a perfect host for us and we'll definitely be back. Don't miss this one!
This is the second time we stayed here and we feel like we are home. Whenever we are in Toronto we hope we will stay here.
Matt's a great guy--he went out of his way to accommodate our needs and was very easy to communicate with. The condo is comfortable and modern, with an incredible view. It's perfect for exploring the Queens St. West neighborhood.
