The space
Traditional wooden home by the River in the heart of ChiangMai city. You can enjoy the beautiful garden and walk down to the River just a few steps from your room.

We have 13 rooms at our property. All rooms have a private bathroom. We offer each room separately. Each room stays 2 guests. The rate show on Airbnb is per the number of guests you fill in. (If you fill in 2 adults we will arrange 1 room for you. If you have 3 adults we will arrange 2 rooms.) We also welcome big group of guests to book the entire property for a private party event! If you wish to book the entire place we would like to ask you to inform us the date to check for availability and quote you all 13 rooms rate. We have newly built kitchen for guests with a refrigerator and all kitchen utensils. We have free water & water kettle in all rooms. We have bathroom amenities with towel and hair dryer. The pillow bed lines and blankets are fully provided. We can help guests book taxi or bus drivers to plan a day trip. If you have further questions please ask by text message to us!

Other things to note
On Airbnb app we arrange rooms by the number of guests. If your group has 3 or 4 people we will arrange 2 rooms. ( You can request 2 twin beds or 1 king bed)

If there are 3 three guests and each guest would like to have a private room, please fill in 6 people and you will see the actual rate for your booking.

Please fill in the total number of guests accordingly.

We welcome wheelchair and we even prepare a spare wheelchair for guests. We also welcome pets to stay at our place.(please let us know in advance)
