Great location plenty of parking. Hazel was very accomodating and her place is nice. We saw tons of wildlife at the pool, two different kinds of monkeys macaws, and a toucan the last day. Hot water in shower which was great, plus ac in the room which made for comfortable evenings. Would recommend.

This place, and Hazel were amazing! She made excellent recommendations on local restaurants and hidden activities you won't find in a travel guide. We also saw wildlife all over the place while hanging out at the pool. We had a couple sloths living in the tree right above the pool and also had visits from howler, capuchin, and squirrel monkeys. The place was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our time in Manuel Antonio!

Hazel's place is really beautiful. The pool & property area are very well landscaped. The pool basically feels like a jungle infinity pool and there was a sloth often hanging out by it. The apartment was very comfortable for two people and has all the basic necessities, plus plenty of fans and A.C. Hazel was very reachable and gave us a lot of great suggestions on things to do in the area. The apartment is a very short walk to a bus stop and also walkable to Quepos. We really loved our stay at the jungle apartment!

Hazel's place was very beautiful and relaxing. Lots of trees and flowers and wildlife. Not 30 minutes after we arrived a troupe of Squirrel Monkeys went through the area. It was very cool. There were others staying in the other condos while we were there but you don't really notice unless you see them because there is space between all of the buildings. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable, everything worked very well. Her place was also in a great location. It was less than a block from the bus stop, the buses come every 15 or so minutes. The buses were cheap and took you anywhere you needed to go from Quepos to the main Beaches of Manuel Antonio. Hazel also provided us with a lot of information about the area, how to get around, where the restaurants were, what tours were available, what her favorite Spas were, how to get to the different beaches. She was also easy to get a hold of for help booking things once we had made some decisions on what we wanted to do. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Very close to the beach, the national park, and supermarkets! Really enjoyed our stay here and would highlyrecommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay! The pool area is delightful, and the living space basic but comfy. Among the efficiency's plusses: reliable hot water (not always a given in CR), and a nice assortment of bath and beach towels. The kitchennette is well-equipped for fixing breakfasts, if you're so inclined. The AC does a great job of quickly cooling off the sleeping area, along with a nice, strong fan at the foot of the bed. Everything in Manuel Antonio is a quick drive (or bus ride) away.

Hazel User ProfileHazel is a superhost.

I landed in Manuel Antonio from the UK in 2007 on an adventure to study spanish and scuba dive. I fell in love with the country, the culture, the language and wanted to explore more. I made my travels around Latin America and somehow always ended up back in Costa Rica to visit friends. 2.5 years after my first visit I made the decision to stay and have loved it ever since. The air is fresh, the sun is always shining and people live day-to-day based on "pura vida" - the national phrase which means "pure life"!
