About this listing
Large Vintage Loft for Artists of All Kinds.
This building was converted to artist lofts from industrial buildings in early 90's when there was a sensational art movement in downtown LA. Most of tenants are artists of all kinds and they are very creative and friendly.
My Loft is very spacious(1700 square foot ) with high ceiling and a bedroom area is sectioned by furniture with antique hard floor by the widows. Spacious kitchen area with fire place, large bathtub with hard wood floor. There are large tables and computers in the center for fashion studio, It has a plenty of natural light through big windows.
Entire Loft on weekends $115/person and $135/day for a couple, coming with some coffee/tea, milk, fruits and eggs for morning. An assigned parking space is inside gated area just next to the building for free. Please note that our elevator is an old fashion industrial freight elevator, most of my guests enjoyed it, but it operates only from inside . Because my floor is the third floor, people who has problem going up stairs may not appreciate this beauty. Also this building is build for artists, it may not be for everyone because of artistic vibe although many people enjoyed our unique ambiance and big space.
Jacuzzi and heated swimming pool in the artistic center court yard with BBQ pits.
LA Live, Bunker Hill, Fashion District, Theater District, many more artsy places and nice restaurants are within 10 minute driving ( 1 to 2 miles away). Very close to Free way #10,#5, and #110, and Washington train station. Will offer a ride from Washington Train Station , Union Train Station, and any metro station located in downtown LA for check in and check out.
I am usually using the loft during the week, if you need to stay on weekdays please ask if the place is available.
I have one queen size bed and one single size bed. If you don't mind a cottage bed, 4 people can stay here. Kitchen area is very spacious
