Large downtown artist loft with a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and free parking.
This building was converted to artist lofts from industrial buildings in early 90's when there was a sensational art movement in downtown LA. Most of tenants are artists of all kinds and they are very creative and friendly.
My Loft is very spacious(1700 square foot ) with high ceiling and a bedroom area is sectioned by furniture with antique hard floor by the widows. Spacious kitchen area with fire place, large bathtub with hard wood floor. There are large tables and computers in the center for fashion studio, It has a plenty of natural light through big windows.
Entire Loft on weekends for $118.00/day for a person, $138.00/day for a couple, coming with some coffee/tea, milk, fruits and eggs for morning. An assigned parking space is inside gated area just next to the building for free. Please note that our elevator is an old fashion industrial freight elevator, most of my guests enjoyed it, but it operates only from inside . Because my floor is the third floor, people who has problem going up stairs may not appreciate this beauty.
Jacuzzi and heated swimming pool in the artistic center court yard with BBQ pits.
LA Live, Bunker Hill, Fashion District, Theater District, many more artsy places and nice restaurants are within 10 minute driving ( 1 to 2 miles away). Very close to Free way #10,#5, and #110, and Washington train station. Will offer a ride from Washington Train Station , Union Train Station, and any metro station located in downtown LA for check in and check out.
I have one queen size bed and one single size bed. If you don't mind a cottage bed, 4 people can stay here. Kitchen area is very spacious
you can invite a few friends and have a cozy dinner party together.

Very nice place, fun building and big airy room with two comfortable beds. It was a perfect spot to come home to in the evenings after a long day of exploring the city and our son loved walking on the walkways above the cacti!
Sorry to leave the review after sooooo long. But this is a nice apartment and full of elegant atmosphere. Host is sooo warm hearted. The location is in the downtown so little Tokyo is pretty near the place. Really like it!
Mayumi's place is so awesome. It offers this eclectic feel and vibe while staying in los angeles. The building itself is very secured. She also is so nice even on the phone, Though I did not get the chance to meet her, I think she is a nice person. I will stay here again in the coming time I am around!
Mayumi is *the best*. This was my second stay at the loft (the first was a little more than a year ago, and I couldn't wait to come back). If it was available, I would stay here every time I came to LA, both because the apartment is amazing and because Mayumi is awesome. Thanks for a wonderful stay (again!).
Mayumi was so sweet. We were just breezing through for the weekend for a wedding, and the place was perfect - low key, spacious, air conditioned, and use of swimming pool and hot tub.
Very comfortable stay in LA. Building was very private, nice parking spot. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Thanks Mayumi!
Its a great and spacious loft. Clean and comfortable. I couldn't meet my host personally but she sent me the keys, it was really helpful before I started my trip along California.
The place has a beautiful pool too.
