The Magnolia offers an inviting private side entry, exposed white washed brick,, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Located in historic Olde Towne East, just 1 mile from Downtown Columbus. Enjoy a walk to local eateries, tavern, wine and coffee shop. Just a short drive away from the city’s hot spots and just down the street from Franklin Park & Conservatory, along with the Trolley District/East Market with several food choices and drinks.

The space
This home is part of a 4-unit property with a shared backyard. When you arrive, you will be greeted with easy street parking, a smooth self check-in process at the private entrance on left side of building, along with high-speed WiFi. The home includes exposed white washed brick, new floors and a freshly updated tile bathroom and shower. A large and comfortable king size bed with fresh linens will ensure you get a good night's sleep, while an additional sofa bed is offered in the living room if needed. There is a small but pleasant dining area in living room, along with washer & dryer in basement, and fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy.

No smoking on the premises (including backyard, deck, and porch areas), no events/parties, and no pets. Only guests listed on booking are allowed on property. We aim to meet these expectations for all of our guests and we appreciate your understanding!

Guests have private access to the entire residence. This residence is on the second floor of a 4-unit property. No interior spaces are shared, but small backyard is shared by other guests at property.

Other things to note
Please only park on right side of property along 20th street or spots behind building (if available, shared by guests). There are several spots available and this leaves room for local residents to park in front of their houses. Unit is on left side of building when facing front of property. Use sidewalk to access front door, just in front of fence. Secure, personalized check-in code provided for length of stay.

While Joe is a Columbus native, I am originally from the Republic of Georgia and moved to the U.S. with my family in 2009. After getting married and starting a family, we relocated back to Columbus in 2017.
