Your review is quite unfortunate, but I do have the house rules stated quite clearly on the listing, and ask you nicely to remove your shoes. I also provided this information to your daughter with a walk through of those rules upon arrival.
I'm disappointed that you would exaggerate your claims, and then turn my kind gesture to have an engineer come and replace the T.V. box, the heating company to make sure the water was hot enough, and on all occasions I corresponded directly with you to arrange appropriate times to service the apartment.
As you were here for 35 days, and staid the whole time, I find your review confusing. Non-the-less, I take great pride in making sure the apartment is clean for every guest who arrives, and the fact that you couldn't respect that contradicts Airbnb community values.
