  • This is an exceptional HKG airbnb ! Fantastic location and Huge apartment ! Gorgeous furnishing and the most comfy king size bed! It's less than 5 min walk to Sheung Wan MTR and about 10 min to the trendy shops and cafes of soho. The apartment block is amongst a mix of old-school hk shops and trendy cafes. No shortage of food outlets and cabs aplenty ! Fast reliable wifi , and good hot water supply. Todd n Phil are very responsive and helpful. We arrived at 11pm and we checked in with no problems. Very safe neighbourhood too. Would love to stay here again! Thank you!!

  • What a wonderful treat nestled in Hong Kong! The apartment looks just like the photos and is just perfect. The location is fantastic and perfect to get anywhere by walking, using the trains and also to use the ferries to visit the islands. We were met by Todd and Phil's friend Kenny upon arrival. He was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, he even went back to his apartment to get a sim card cutter for us because I had had to buy a new phone while traveling and my sim card would not fit.
If I am every lucky enough to make it back to Hong Kong I assure you I will check to see if Todd and Phil's place is free. It was just perfect!

  • My 2 friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Todd and Phil's place. The apartment was modern, clean and incredibly well kept. Everything was easy to find and the space heater provided was of great comfort in the cold December month. Everything from the bedding to the WIFI was spot on.

The location was awesome, with a short walk to the Shen Wuan MTR station and walking distance to the ferry docks as well. It proved to be just the right spot for the itinerary we had planned for the trip (which proved very useful on New Year's!). Communication with the guys and their contact Kenny was also fantastic.

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish and very convenient stay in Hong Kong. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

  • My kids and I had a near perfect stay in Todd and Phil's swanky pad near Christmas last year. The apartment is as advertised. Precious, quirky artwork, very clean, large and plenty of light. The neighbourhood is charming and inviting, especially for mini urban explorers like us. We had nightly walks in the cold air to Hollywood Road, LKF, and other bits whose name I can't recall.

It's close to the MTR (underground / subway) and my kids favourites, the 'ding-dings' -- double decker electric trams that moves gracefully, albeit slowly, through HK; a nice change of pace from the rapid movements of HK residents.

Todd's friend, Kenny, met us upon arrival and gave us a detailed explanation about the apartment, neighbourhood, etc. Friendly, straightforward and accommodating -- thumbs up.

Our only complain about the stay was that there was no heater and we arrived at one of the coldest times of the year. Having lived in SF for many years, I can attest to sudden drops in temperatures but the first night got freakishly cold. We told Kenny about this and he promptly purchased a space heater the next day for us. Extra thumbs up for the responsiveness.

An excellent first AirBnB experience for us and I (we) highly recommend this pad for your visit to HK! Thanks, Todd, Phil and Kenny!

  • A king size bed, clean linens, cool artwork (especially the pop art above the bed), strong wifi, multiple power outlets, 4-5 minutes walking to the Sheung Wan metro, timely communication with the hosts, flexible check-in/out times, comfy couch, and way more space than a hotel make Todd & Phil's apartment my #1 choice when visiting HK. When trying to find the address, look for a glass entryway into what looks like an office complex (since there is a directory on the wall when you enter). We were initially confused as to where to enter the building but we eventually figured it out =) I highly recommend staying at Todd & Phil's if you're looking for a place to refresh and recharge. Happy travels.

  • This was my second bnb and my parents' first. We decided on Sheung Wan to avoid the madness of Kowloon, and found that indeed it was quieter but still very convenient, only a few streets away from the MTR. Also, because Sheung Wan is a business district, dim sum restaurants often have great deals on weekends to try to draw the crowds back into the area.
Anyway, about the apt, it is conveniently located, and if you're taking a ferry in from Macau/Zhuhai, it's only a few streets away from the Hong Kong port. The apt is very clean and stylishly furnished. My parents were very impressed by how considerate the hosts were, from touches like ample linen/towels; they also left detergent for washing, instructions about the apt, and suggestions on where to go. The couch is large enough to accommodate two adults and wifi was strong. So no complaints really. If you're thinking of staying in Sheung Wan, do treat yourself to this apt. It's a gem!

  • A very stylish, cozy and comfortable apartment in an excellent location, walking distance to Macau ferry, shops, cafes and central/LKF. Strong wifi, comfy bed, stunning decor, safe & secure.
Highly recommend this beautiful apartment, fast communication and unsurpassed service.
Thank you Todd, Phil & Andrew

Note: Try the newly opened home-stlye cafe " The Pasta Place" on Hiller St, absolutely delicious !

  • It was very nice time in Todd & Phil's Apt, before checked in there I took 2 nights in W hongkong but their Apt was much better cozy and comfortable. It was very easy to get central station and Sheungwan station also. Their neighbor has also very nice atmosphere!!!

I couldn't meet Todd & Phil, but their friend Andrew cared us nicely.
