The space
Very clean and modern two-story villa with roof deck offers an open concept indoor space.

Airconditioned living-dining-and-kitchen and VIP room ensuite on the 1st floor with an easy access to the pool through the sliding glass doors.

Have fun playing and chatting on the 2nd floor’s airconditioned family hall with smart TV, Foosball and high table and chairs. Then relax inside the cozy 3 bedrooms with wardrobe; 2 ensuite and 1 toilet and bath shared at the family hall.

Unwind from the comforts of the gazebo and sunbeds, outdoor dining and barbequing, and feel your tension melt away as you dip into the hot spring pool. Enclosed 2 showers and 1 WC are easily accessible behind the gazebo.
Play billiards, feel the cool breeze, and watch the sunrise or sunset from our view decks.

Guest access
The entire vacation home villa is yours to enjoy exclusively. You will have a full access to the facilities and the rooms that you have booked. Feel free to use the booked extra beds, outdoor tables and chairs and don't miss the view decks on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Other things to note
The entire villa with 4bedrooms rental fee is up to 25guests. If you wish to book only 3rooms because you are a group of 20 or less, please contact us and we will make adjustments on the rate.

Please bring your toiletries and towels as they are not provided due to hygiene reasons.

Plates, bowls, cutleries and wine glasses are available upon request with a guarantee fee of only Php 1,000 refundable in full or partial if there are broken items.

3 Smart TVs are available. Note that due to security reasons, we logged out our Netflix account, please login and logout your account if you wish to access Netflix.

Thus, our family’s vacation home and we’d love to share to your family and friends the comfort and joy in this home. Relax into a natural hot spring pool facing the majestic Mount Makiling. It is a Home Away From Home as you’d feel like our guests rather than a renter.
