Come stay at out charming & bright 3 BR apt. We offer a spacious & comfortable space for travelers looking to experience all that the city has to offer. You can enjoy a peaceful walk at the Arnold Arboretum park and Jamaica Pond, or sit and unwind at a local coffee shop. Boston night life, brewery's and historic sightseeing are just minutes away as well. Whatever your preference is there are plenty of options to make you feel right at home here. We are three blocks from the MBTA Orange Line.
The space
You will have the entire second floor apartment to yourself.
-Full kitchen with basic glass ware, dishes, cookware and utensils are provided.
-Bathroom is supplied with towels, soap and shampoo. Paper towels, and toilet paper are provided at the beginning of your stay. If you run out of these items, you will need to purchase any extras. Personal hygiene items such as toothpaste and mouthwash—are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
-Three bedrooms; bedroom 1 & 2 each have 2 twin XL size beds and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.
-Vibrant living room w/a full size sleeper sofa and smart TV.
-Private back porch and a shared front porch with seating area.
*The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, stair mobility is a must*
Please note that this is a city apartment and the city can be a noisy place at times. We are located on a less busy street but you will still hear occasional cars and sirens.
Guest access
The entire 2nd floor is for you. You have an indoor porch located in the back and the house has a shared outdoor porch in the front.
Coin operated laundry in basement is available to all guests. Laundry detergent and supplies are not provided. Access to the laundry is from the main entrance.
Other things to note
Parking on our street is Resident Parking only from Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm. If you are parked on the street during these stated hrs you will receive a parking ticket from the City Of Boston. You are welcome to park on our street outside of these hours and all day on weekends/holidays.
Parking options during Resident Parking hrs; -There are 1-2 non-residential spots on the adjacent side street however these are very hard to find vacant and are not guaranteed throughout your stay.
-There are also a few time limited 2hr parking spots scattered throughout our street.
-The main street running parallel to ours offers non-restricted, public parking spots.
Please read all posted signs carefully!
Walking distance to orange line train station and major bus lines heading to Downtown, Logan Airport, Longwood Medical area and other hospitals.
Bluebike rental station nearby
No parties or events.
