Spacious Unit in Heart of the City

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Central St, Kansas City, MO 64111, United States

The Space

Be part of Kansas City's vibrant Westport neighborhood during your visit! My unit is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom on the third floor. Each room can sleep 2 people and I have never had a problem fitting 2 extra people in the dinning room. An updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances will be perfect for any meal. To finish, this unit has a patio with wicker furniture where you can sit out with a book or laptop and enjoy the sounds of a bustling community.

I'm sure you want to know what ammenities are included. There is a 51" 3-D HDTV, BluRay DVD player with 3-D capabilities (3-D glasses included), cable, wi-fi that spans the entire unit including the balcony, shiatsu massage recliner, king size bed in one room, full size bed in the other, desk, all cookware, ice maker in the refrigerator, security coded building entrance, and a small parking lot behind the building if street parking is not your thing.

I will always provide clean sheets and towels. You can always expect a clean and welcome arrival. I am flexible on check-in/out times. I tend to be very low maintenance and hope that you will be respectful of neighbors/noise!

This unit is just down the street from the heart of Westport and a 5-10 minute walk from the Plaza. So close to restaurants, bars, shops and parks. The bus stop is on the corner and can get you around Kansas City. Taxis frequent the area. Downtown is a 5 minute drive. This area is close to many Kansas City attractions. Let me know if you have any other questions on proximity to Kansas City attractions.

There is a minimum 2 night stay. So whether you are passing through for a couple of nights or staying a month, the price is excellent, the area is brilliant, and this 1200 sq. ft. unit is the best bang for your buck. Book now to enjoy. Happy traveling!

  • Had a fantastic time in Kansas City, and it started with having a wonderful place to stay. Leslie is phenomenal and made sure every detail of the visit was taken care of. She even helped arrange a pick up from the airport for me! The apartment is spacious, clean and the location allows you to move around town easily. Walking distance to Walgreens if you need any supplies, and a short walk to WestPort. TVs in each bedroom with cable and a full kitchen ( although there are so many great BBQ places in town you'll probably never have to use it ) Best of all, Leslie was really attentive and followed up with us if we ever need anything. If I'm ever back in town, I'm sure I'll stay here!

  • Great location for our visit to Kansas City. Near some fun restaurants and shops in the Westport neighborhood and only a 15 minute walk to the Kansas City Art Institute.

Leslie was great. She responded quickly to any questions we had and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

  • This was a great apartment to stay in! It was so close to Westport and The Plaza (about a 2 minute drive). The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Leslie was really helpful when we needed something, and she was very quick to respond to any texts or emails.

  • Leslie was a great host, very easy to get ahold of and helpful. The apartment was the perfect size for us. The centrally urban location is close to everything we wanted to do. Lot's of good restaurants, museums and bookstores within a very short drive. It was easy to find, clean and the neighbors were friendly & polite.

  • Leslie was a wonderful host- easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is charming and clean, although the building itself is very old and worn. It's very near just about everything. As long as you aren't picky about the things that come with a very old building, it's a great value and cute apartment!

  • Nicole's apartment was perfect for our weekend. It felt just like I was living in my city again and I would gladly stay another time.

I really loved your place and how you left all the magazines out to get ideas on what to do in KC. The couch was soooo comfy and the back massager chair saved me.

Having lived in a 6 plex brownstone like this one here in KC, I was surprised at how truly quiet it was! The girl next door was playing piano and it was so muted that I thought it was coming from the first floor.

  • Leslie is an exceptional host. She was able to accomodate me even though i was last minute. I did not get to meet her, but she was easy to reach and quick to respond even when i reach out to her in the middle of the night. With it being my first time in KC, i found her place was easy to get to and in a prime location to where all the activities were for the wedding in which I was out there for. The pictures which she supplied are true to what is in the apartment, and there is no false advertisment on her part. Her place is very clean an comfortable. The other guest i was with mentioned that they wanted to come back to KC and visit it a little more and would want to stay at Leslie's apartment again.

  • First of all this is a great central location with a lot of good restraunts, coffee shops, and plenty else to do. Leslie was very accommodating to our needs. I really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone.
