This historic home is now a newly remodeled duplex. This space is the upper unit of the duplex. You have your own private entrance and space from the lower unit. All pictures provided are of the upper unit. Gives great views with privacy and a relaxing space for your individual needs. It's like you're relaxing in the clouds. Enjoy this rare opportunity one block from Lake Minnetonka!

This is the top floor of a duplex - There is a full time guest that lives in the unit on the main level so there is typically someone always at the property.

We want to assure your enjoyment, this home has been designed for adult guests and not particularly designed for children. We are proud to be a Super Host by creating an environment that allows for quiet (from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am) relaxing enjoyment for all guests. We hope you will enjoy this Lake Minnetonka retreat situation.

For Unit Parking - Please pull in and park straight back slightly past the single garage door. The full time guest on the main level uses the double garage.

Please make sure to not park in front of the double garage as this is the lower units parking and access. Thank you so much for your assistance!
