4BR/2BA vacation home near Long Beach, Sebago Lake. Sleeps up to 10 with modern comforts, grassy yard, deck, grill, and fire pit. Shared private beach access for swimming, fishing, and boating. Mooring available ($500/week, approval required). On main ATV trail RT 89 and close to hiking and skiing—perfect for all seasons.

The space
This Boho Ridge, Inc. property has an open concept living room with dining room, kitchen with boho & mid century modern decor. Hardwood floors with a/c and heat pumps throughout. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishwasher and all of the amenities you might need including a lobster pot, blender and waffle maker. Large bedrooms with hardwood floors. There is a private deck off of the back of the cottage with a gas grill overlooking the private back yard with a large picnic table and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the private/shared beach, floats, noodles and wagon. Cooler available also. A short walk to the beach (800ft), Sportman’s Kitchen and Keg restaurant and Tiki Bar, Jordan’s Store for groceries, liquor, pizza, sandwiches and ice, and much more. Hike nearby Douglas Mountain (5 min drive), 15 min to Naples Causeway, 45 min to Portland and the ocean.

Quaint safe little town of Sebago. Walk to all of your amenities. Many side streets with cottages, small town quintessential Maine vibe. Walk to the sandy private beach for street residents, the local grocer, Long Beach Marina (boat rentals), Sportman's Restaurant - also has outside seating and tiki bar, outdoor large screen sport viewings with fire pit. New- Grand Central Wine Bar, Richards for fried seafood and ice cream. One mile to Sebago town marina, 5 minutes to Douglas Mountain. 40 minutes to Portland.
