Please book well in advance as our beautiful unit books out really quickly!! Put simply, Keith's place is the most popular unit on Bribie for VERY good reasons. This fantastic, water-front, ground floor unit offers spacious living and dining areas, overlooking Pumicestone Passage and has been recently completely refurbished. It has stunning views and a fantastic, huge park, adjoining the water, right across the street. The kitchen has room to move when cooking up that seafood, caught across the road. Boat ramp just one minutes' drive away, & shops a 75 metre walk. You'll have a wonderful relaxing stay in this neat sizable 2BR unit. Our guests all love the unit, rave about how big it is,and write very glowing reviews in our guest book. Check out some of the fantastic comments at the end of our photo gallery.

We are right across the passage (3 mins drive) from the new Sandstone Point Hotel.
Our unit is in a really beautiful area, that is safe for families and kids night and day. People around here are friendly, and you'll find shopping, eating, just getting around a pleasant experience. It's only a few minutes drive to any of the great spots on Bribie Island. 45 mins to Brisbane Airport, 55 mins to Brisbane city, 30 mins to Australia Zoo, and not much more to the Sunshine Coast. Gold Coast about a 85-90 min drive. The huge (2 Km long) park, right across the road has great bike/walking tracks, awesome kids playground, free Gym points, free BBQs, shelters and tables, fishing spots and room to run, play, kick a football etc.
We haven't air-conditioned the unit, as it is warm in our nice Queensland Winters, and cool and breezy in Summer. There are fans in all rooms, and portable heaters, if you really need them.

1st bedroom.....1 x Queen-size bed.
2nd Bedroom.... 1 x Double bed (bottom) / single bunk (top). 1 x Roll-away bed for the sixth guest. ($20 surcharge per person, over 4 guests)

Keith's Place is the most booked unit on Bribie, for VERY good reasons.
Easy access to swimming (across the road) all water sports, shops, parks, restaurants, clubs, fantastic views, free barbecue shelters across the road, walking and riding tracks (2 bikes provided), ocean (surf) beaches a short drive away. Now there is (free) new stainless steel mini-gyms throughout the park and an awesome new kids playground minutes walk away. Convenient drive to Brisbane or Sunshine coast, and many many more attractions. Wi-Fi for $5/day.
Interaction with Guests
We interact with our guests by email, phone and personally meet and greet each and every guest, and try to inform them of all the great features of our unit and fantastic activities available to them, right on their doorstep.
Bribie and its' surrounds are "picture postcard" beautiful. It is one of the best kept secrets in South East Queensland. A short drive from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast. The Sunsets from the front patio of the unit are fantastic and often stunning!! People in our area are very friendly, and will often chat with you and be interested in where you're from. Most guests arrive by car and then use it "a little" for getting around, but not that much. Many attractions are in easy walking distance. Public transport exists, but I doubt you would use it.
Other Things to Note
Fully self-contained unit, with everything you would ever need, including Barbecue, Bikes, Books, Games, DVD player, but best of all......the water just across the street.
Normal holiday rental property rules apply. It is expected that the place is left in a same state as it is found. Obviously we do a clean after guests vacate, but it expected to be left in a clean and tidy state.
If you use the stove, the oven, the microwave, the Barbecue, please clean them.
Please put rubbish in the provided plastic bags and deposit in the appropriate bin, either general (green) or recycle (yellow-top) bins.
Please clean the clothes dryer lint filter after every use, as to not do so, is a fire hazard.
Please empty dish-washer and return washed items to the cupboards.
No Smoking inside. Smoking allowed on balcony. Sorry No Pets.
