We had a lovely two night stay with Roger and Katz made us very welcome, food accommodation and help was wonderful. Even to the extent of including us in Hot Pot night and forwarding on all the clothes I left behind..... Thank you. We wish u both well.
Catherine and Roger where excellent hosts. We felt so welcome and as a part of the family.
The room was nice and clean and the beds were good. We slept very well.
Rogers breakfast was epic with a good english fry up. Roger is definitely not a stingy host. There are many breakfast options, so they will probably be able to accommodate your needs, Roger was actually in contact with us before we arrived to check what we wanted.
We stayed in their new room in the house and it was very comfortable, had its own TV, mini fridge and its own bathroom (although not ensuite, they had set up a privacy screen so we could easily get to it in privacy). The bathroom was great with a big bath and shower.
We will definitely be staying with Catherine and Roger again when we are in Rotorua and will recommend them to family and friends.
Roger was a very congenial and accommodating host.
The location is good with wonderful views.
The breakfast is huge! I think it was specially designed for our adolescent children.
Friendly and very helpful hosts. House with stunning views over the lake in a quiet area of Rotorua. The room, we stayed in, was brand new, comfortable and fully equipped (fridge, TV, etc.) The breakfast is suited to your tastes. Roger and Kat always gave us very good advice on tours to carry around. Another big thank you for this welcome.
We very much enjoyed our stay with Roger and Kat. The room was very clean and private and the breakfast that Kat cooked in the morning was outrageous--so delicious, but so much food! They were great hosts--we even went to grab a drink with them and a few of their Rotary Club friends at happy hour. The view from their house is amazing--it was so relaxing and beautiful to wake up on the lake and enjoy breakfast with a view. Wonderful stay.

About the Host, Roger
Catherine and Roger are happily married, Katz looks after the B&B and Roger runs an archiotects practice in Rotorua, with branch offices elsewhere. We both enjoy an active social life and running with the HHH, dingy sailing and other outdoor activities on the lake and in the forest..
Katz is from Kuching in Sarawak, Malaysia, and Roger is from Berkshire and the Isle of Wight, England.
Roger has lived in Rotorua for 27 years so can advise you on how best to enjoy our wonderful friendly city.
